I can't enter the settings menu. Pinch to zoom or long press doesn't work. Anyone has this problem?

No problem
I'd also recommend wiping the cache partition in Recovery Mode to further eliminate any other possible software issues.

Hi everyone...
Face unlock is pretty cool... but for me it stops working after a day or so. Running EOS Stingray nightly #40. It has been doing it on every nightly I've played with starting from the mid 20's.
For instance, right now, when I unlock I get a black box and the camera doesn't turn on. Other times I won't get a box at all... that is until I reboot and things work again for a while. I can't tell if perhaps the rotation (going from landscape to portrait) is what's screwing it up, or if its just being buggy.
Anyone else experiencing this symptom?
Thanks
-Mike

try this.
delete /system/vendor/pittpatt folder
turn off facelock
reboot into recovery.
clear cach and dalvik cach
reflash gaps (should be ver 10.4)
reset up facelock.

Nope. :-( It worked all last night. Took it off the charger this morning and I don't even get a black box. When I unlock it, I get a message that says "unfortunately face unlock has stopped" or something like that. Ughh. Good try. :-(
Had anyone got this error before? Is there a fix? I got 7gb left of internal storage so this shouldn't be happening.

You don't need to bump your post every hour because you haven't gotten an answer yet. Not everyone is on at the same time.
Far as a solution:
First, have you cleared the cache and data for the market app and you still get the same error?
Are you running a ROM - If so, did you dirty flash(just wipe cache and flash the zip) or did you do a full wipe?(factory reset + Davlik cache)
If not running a ROM try to clear your cache anyways via CWM or TWRP see if that helps.

I did everything except clear cache for market. How do i do that?
Go to 'Manage Apps' in settings then click the market. There you'll see four options; force stop, uninstall, clear data, clear cache. Clear the data and the cache. This will make you agree to the TOS again but may solve your problem.

try reinstalling rom and rewiping everything again?
Do you have a directory called "LOST.DIR" on your sdcard that's ridiculously big? If you do, you can delete it - it's essentially the 'Recycle Bin' of Linux.
Also, try removing ALL your google accounts from the phone then clearing the market cache like mentioned above and then add your google accounts back. This is a fix for a different market problem but may work on this one as well.

I'm out of ideas then. Re-flash your ROM after doing a full wipe see if that fixes it. If not try a different or stock ROM.

When I bought the Phone the app worked perfect, but since .12 it doesn't work anymore. I reinstalled but nothing works. I can see the menu but When I try to watch something says loading forever. Is there a way to fix it? Thanks in advance

Did you try clearing data and cache of the app?
Sometimes some apps do not work after upgrading the firmware and you've to clear data and cache to make them work again!

Yes, I read other people has same problem after updating but none solution. Thanks anyway.
Still no solution to this problem? I've had this since I got the phone back in November. Updated straight to 4.2, never tried it on 4.1. I can't believe this hasn't been solved yet, with the recent releases and everything. Meanwhile I've just been using this app, it's a bit outdated but at least it does the job.

Hi, recently my front camera has stopped working, with no apparent reason. I have tried clearing the data / cache for the camera so but that hasn't made a difference. I am currently running a rooted, stock rom.
Has anyone got any ideas why this may be happening?
Thanks in advance

Try to flash system.img in fastboot again, wipe the caches after that and reboot. Hope that helps.
As the the title states im experiencing constant home screen freezing after updating to 9.5.6. I tried turning off double tap to wake and ambient display on and off and it still occurs. Has anybody experienced this issue and found an solution?

Im using the stock oneplus launcher i tried nova launcher to see if the problem still occured and it was present as well.
Same issue I had yesterday with Lawnchair V2. I thought it's launcher related, so uninstalled and installed an older version of Lawnchair v2, the issue was still there. Uninstalled and again installed the latest version, and now no freezing of the home screen. I have no idea what fixed it, but glad to know that it's not launcher related and something in the OOS.

probably old cache files from OOS update
id suggest clearing cache, i tend to make it a habit to format my phone after a major update.

got to recovery and clear cache, you can try to go back to your old slot and try to reinstall again, are you using OnePlus Launcher or 3rd Party?

I'm afraid Its not related to the launcher as I'm having this issue on the stock launcher. It tends to happen when you have frequent notifications and unlock the phone fast. Cleared cache, factory reset and even rolled back to a prior build via fastboot and it still happens every now and then.

Might be an issue with ambient display. Disabled it for now to test it out.
I was able to fix this. There's only one way, lol. I went back to 9.5.3 and it's working FLAWLESSLY. So happy now.
