I recently moved to Sydney, Australia with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 that I bought and used in Korea with model name SHW-M480K (KT).
My Question is:
Can I overwrite SW-M480K's firmware with Australian one (I'm using Vodafone USIM with SHW-M480K on Korean recent-most firmware as of August 11, 2013.
Logically thinking, I think I can do this with Odin, Australian JB firmware or custom rom with a converter for Australian Vodafone.
Can anybody help me out?
David.
Only if the hardware is identical otherwise its a brick .

Hi. I've just bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 AT&T version (GT-920A) and having trouble to instal OFFICIAL Firmware from Sammobile which upgrades to 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
Is it really possible that we can't install SM-G920F ROMS on the version of my phone ? please, help me. Is someone have an issue for install another Official ROM than the AT&T one ? Please.

Hello,
There is no Marshmallow firmware available for S6 AT&T.
We dont recommend flashing any other devices roms into another ones.

I own a T-Mobile variant of the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus i.e SM-G928T..It is an unlocked phone and thus I was wondering if I could upgrade to the SM-G28G Firmware to get faster updates and rid of Carrier Bloatware..Please tell me whether I can do so by downloading the rom for the International version and then install it on the T-Mobile variant using Odin..

Hello,
We don't recommend flashing a different model's firmware into another, you may run into issues.

I am planning to buy a note 7 from Dubai. It's unlocked dual Sim variant, same as that will be sold in India. I have come to know that if I get one from Dubai, the volte does not work. To get volte to work, I will have to install the stock Indian firmware via Odin. My question is that will I be able to flash Indian firmware on a note7 purchased from Dubai? The models in India and Dubai are same. SM-N930FD.

Because the device is unlocked, yes. You should be able to flash the firmware.
