LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

First time installing crDroid to your Redmi 3S, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
KNOWN ISSUES
You tell me with proper logcat.
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running the included kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files

On another ROM I've flashed bt fix zip (from another thread, search the forum) and it worked. Give it a try
I just flashed the Rom and everything is awesome, smoothest Oreo rom that I've ever used...
Here's some issues that I found:
1)The vibration intensity cannot be controlled with kernel audiator even after Changing the Kernel.
2)camera is too dark on Instagram, WhatsApp,etc...

My buildserver automatically creates a new nightly build every second day from the current sources (RR, LineageOS, AOSP) and my personal repositories, even if nothing has changed in the changelog. Holy crap. Thats the smoothest oreo rom ive ever tried. Even better than PE rom. Somehow this guys build always been smooth.

might be the best oreo rom ive tried very smooth and had the best battery life. only live display and charging led is not working both i can live without. will definitely stay here thank you so much!

i dont know if its pre rooted since i flashed magisk right after rom and gapps.
right now i have 50% left with 6hrs 30mins sot on wifi mostly YouTube and fb browsing

About Project
ReloadedOS is an Android Custom ROM which is based on CAF. The main aim of this ROM is to bring stock AOSP experience as much as possible while maintaining performance, smoothness and good battery backup. What's CAF?
Code Aurora Forum (CAF) is a consortium of companies with projects serving the mobile wireless industry. FAQ
Why is the security patch older than the latest AOSP patch?
CAF focus on delivering the latest hardware patches and are usually about a month behind Google on security patches, on the other hand, Google is usually a month or more behind on them on caf patches (sometimes months). No point in complaining about it, if you want the latest security patch, go with an AOSP based rom (like LineageOS), if you want latest Qualcomm optimizations for our hardware as well as fixes, go with caf, it's as simple as that.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 10, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Have tried it for few days without problem.
Just few issues:
1. No charging notification.
2. Couldn't change the battery icon to circle with percentage
3. Video function is not working

Very smooth experience
Observing weird behavior after 20+ hours
Mobile network is not available (Not stable), Mobile is automatically shutting down or rebooting
