It does boot , it just has few bugs to get fixed, btw why you post this one then lol? You also didnt disclose kernel source used.

- The setup was wierd, couldnt get any futher. got it skipped by not enabling wifi (Maybe its the gapps, used opengapps)
- Snapchat isnt working

Impossible. Source for Nougat wasn't released until August 22 last year, which was the official release of Nougat.
