You can't flash SuperSU zip file from stock recovery. You need custom recovery like cwm or twrp to flash SuperSU and root your phone. Stock recovery can't flash files without oem signatures and it always gives you error.
Most of the one click root apps can't root android 6.0 marshmallow.

Hi, Tried to root Swipe Elite Sense with all 1Click root apps before stumbling on this method.
Now my phone is rooted as per Root Checker, but whenever I try to perform root operations Phone reboots, I am not able to uninstall system apps or delete any file in root directory.
I think phone is not rooted properly with SuperSU,
all root folders are still read only.
The Steps I followed are given just to know where I went wrong.
1 Enabled USB debugging
2 Enable OEM unlocking
3 Reboot into bootloader
4 fastboot oem unlock
unlocking not allowed(use fastboot oem unlock-go)
5 fastboot oem unlock-go
success
6 fastboot flash recovery XXXX.img(provided by author)
7 fastboot reboot
8 open TWRP recovery
9 install SuperSU.zip
10 reboot.
It appears to be rooted but actually doesn't allow root operations
meanwhile in the process of gaining access I hardbricked my device and flashed stock Rom again.(Took me 10 days to put the phone into EDL mode).
Now dont want to brick it again. Can U help.

Maybe your bootloader is not unlocked.
I have also that doubt so i have run oem unlock command again but that said unlocked and dont ask confirmation of press volume up button to start unlock. And if you tried flas recovery command while your bootloader is locked then you got error said that you have to unlock bootloader to do this. You can not complete the flashing process. I have rooted all of my phones and never face such problem.

K man actually i don't hav yuphoria for now! I m buying it in this weekend. But i think you can download slimlp rom for yuphoria and extract the boot.img from zip and can flash. I really hav no idea of how to flash .img file on yu devices. I use slimlp on my xperia z and use flashtool and twrp is its default recovery.i think you will also get twrp recovery after flashing boot.img of slimlp for yuphoria.

I didnt get anything from the post. you have to be little bit specific.
i mean you
1. unlocked bootloader(fine)
2. installed twrp(also fine)
3. installed cm13(great)
4. you reverted back to stock rom??? How from twrp, flashfire or fastboot.?
and now how are you trying to install twrp? from fastboot?
Flash twrp image with fastboot, start TWRP, reboot recovery within TWRP, then twrp sticks... profit.

TWRP is not sticking...
1) Start the bootloader, flash TWRP in fastboot with the command: fastboot flash recovery twrp.img (Replace twrp.img with the name of the TWRP img file)
2) Press VOL DN to start Recovery and select it, TWRP should start... When prompted if you should allow changes to system, say YES or allow or whatever so that is allowed to mount system as read-write.
3) In the TWRP main menu, select Reboot, then Reboot - Recovery
4) The device will restart and TWRP will start again, if asked to allow changed changes to system again, allow it
5) Go to Mounts and make sure Mount System Read-Only is NOT ticked
6) Press Home, then Reboot and Reboot Recovery again
TWRP will start again and be set, it will not go away unless you flash something with a recovery.img in the file (custom ROMs do not normally contain this file).

At what point? What command are you using to perform the flash?
I'm sorry... I've just done this on numerous G3's and what you are describing doesn't just happen for no reason... either the initial flash was done incorrectly, the process to set it was not followed, or there is actually a defect in the device (which is unlikely if TWRP boots even once after bring flashed).

NEVER USE KINGROOT OR KINGOROOT on a Moto G3 with Marshmallow, it will soft brick... We have seen at least a half dozen specific examples by experienced users... Somehow you got lucky, but I would never recommend this method to a user.
Now, once rooted Flashify is a viable option.

You must need any custom recovery to flash SuperSU.zip to root your android. SuperSU.zip can't flash in stock recovery.
If your android running atleast lollipop version then you can use magisk v14 to patch your boot image and flash through fastboot

Since, twrp.img cannot be flashed due to technological problem, the only method to root is try to make a hit on in-built one.

grab a custom recovery for mt6580 and port it for your device - twrp 3.1.1 recommended.
if you dont know how then let other people with same phone port it for your device
if you have successfully ported twrp, then follow guide below
method 1
(flash twrp recovery using sp flash tool)
goto recovery
back up your stock rom: system, boot, data, cache
full wipe device: dalvik/art cache. system, cache, data
restore your back up,
reboot system
reboot recovery
root with either supersu/magisk
if it doesnt work download unSu/magisk uninstaller flash it using twrp. flash the stock RECOVERY using sp flash tool then follow guide bellow.
method 2
download kingroot
you need internet connection because the app will download/update kingroot
root your device using kingroot
if successfully rooted, grab supersume from playstore or somewhere in the web
run supersume, this app will replace kingroot with supersu
reboot device
run supersume again to fully remove kingroot.
enjoy!
if this phone needs an unlocked bootloader then proceed below steps
tap on build number in about phone 5 times or more (this will reveal developers option)
enable usb debug
enable "oem unlock"
grab a laptop/desktop
download minimal adb and fastboot from here
connect your device
input the following one by one using adb&fastboot
adb devices
adb reboot bootloader <will reboot to bootloader>
fastboot oem unlock
*******from here you need to tap volume up or down depends on what the instruction says*******
note: if you are still using twrp then youll end up screwing your device. be sure to go back to stock recovery fist before unlocking.
if both methods failed
you can search here on xda on how to manually root your device.
NOTE: MY PHONE IS NOT INFINIX SMART, BUT THIS METHOD WORKS IN MOST MTK PHONES. IF THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU THEN DONT GIVE ME NEGATIVE RESPONSE. EM JUST TRYING TO HELP.
PLS HIT THANKS IF I HELP YOU

Mmmm , better to use command
"fastboot boot recovery recovery.img"
If
"fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
Can be dangerous if recovery isn't built from source and the port is bad ...if port works using "boot" command maybe try to flash it ...
But I found another recovery to use as a base for my port , thanks !
*Also my BOOTLOADER IS LOCKED BY VODAFONE*
So anyways my port will be useless...

Yes , they have worked for me in the past but on other phones. Your bootloader must be unlocked and remember to use the command without the quotation marks ..""
*You should also rename your recovery to recovery.img AND VERY IMPORTANTLY put it in your adb or fastboot tools root folder.
Then if you installed adb and run a command window BUT FROM INSIDE the tools folder where the recovery image is and run the following commands one by one it will work if your drivers are installed and your bootloader is unlocked
adb devices
*Return a serial number for your phone in window
adb reboot bootloader
*phone should boot into bootloader
fastboot oem unlock
*will unlock your bootloader if you press volume up
fastboot boot recovery recovery.img
*The recovery should boot ( if it boots and you can make a backup to SD card successful ly
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

You need to use a patched boot.img to get root on this device as there is no fastboot. There are guides online on how to use magisk to patch the boot.img and then flash that to your phone. That will give you permanent root after which you will be able to install twrp. If you flash twro without root or a patched boot it will remove it each time you boot up.

Hi, I finally managed to port TWRP recovery, which boot on 9001D. This allows to do the permanent root, to modify the stock rom and possibly to install other roms.
Recovery is still unstable, I need help to make it stable!
Then, now Available for 9001D:
- TWRP
- Root
- Modded Stock Rom
