Does MI4 Supports xposed framowork and its module? I am planning to buy MI4, but need to know this first, and any way to root and install SuperSu or Superuser, not the KingRoot.
Thanks
Ankur
the root works good and you will have to use a zip that you can downlaod in miui forum, but i havent test the xposed with the new miui versions, its was working with miui v5 but we are in the miui v7 so i think xposed compatibility is not supported by now!
Last night i installed xposed framework apk , no need to install zip as mi 4 miui is based on kit kat. No problem , all works well.
I am on latest miui global stable ROM
Xposed works but you have to flash a small zip file if you're on any software version past 25 September. (easier than buying groceries)
If you're on an older version, Xposed works fine.

It's finally here! rovo89 got it up and running, and so do I.
The thread by rovo89:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
Installation on the Honor 9 is straightforward:
Go to the thread and grab the XposedInstaller apk - install it
Flash or sideload the arm64 zip for your android version (I sideloaded mine) - http://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/
sdk24 is Android 7.0, sdk25 is Android 7.1
reboot and enjoy!
Maybe we can get a small list of modules going which are working on the Honor 9 and stock EMUI?
I am not a developer, I do not provide any support. If you brick your device, you are on your own!
Can you tell me what does it do exactly???
I installed it via recovery on Oreo.... bootloop. why?
Hello guys!
