Hi all, I'm trying to unlock my Xperia Neo V's bootloader, and I read it is necessary to fastboot it. The thing is my Xperia is SIM locked, and fastboot doesn't work. If I SIM unlock it using Omnius, will fastboot work?

I have a Xperia Neo V and my bootloader it's locked. I've tried all the things on the world (i hope not) and i don't see a viable solution.
If you want to know if your terminal can be unlocked by normal mode, search "unlock bootloader sony ericsson" on google and go to the sony ericsson page. This will guide you to know if your terminal can be unlocked.
Im searching another way to unlock bootloader but i think it will be a simple hardware modification.

Please help me. i have an arc s(lt18i) with unlock bootloader allowed:no,and 12w30 manufacturing date.If my network provider remove simlock can i unlock my bootloader then?(i want install custom kernel)And,this is the only way to do that?(i read that testpoint not work for 12w30)

Hi, I just recovered my bricked Xperia J, and I have lost root access. I do not have an unlocked bootloader and I am allowed to unlock it. I have tried many applications that allow me to unlock my bootloader (Because the official way is too time consuming) and root my phone, but they do not work. Any suggestions for apps?

It didn't work with my Xperia J FW 11.2.A.0.31. Any other suggestions? But thanks anyway! Will continue searching.:good:
Try with Flashtool root methods one of them worked for me once. in DooMLoRD did you turn on usb debugin in dev opt? did it gave you any error? becouse it worked for me all the time.

Open dialer and enter *#*#7378423#*#* it should start service app, now press service info then configuration...if it says bootloader unlock allowed:no there is no way you can unlock bootloader (until Sony or some dev gives us woraround to allow it)...
And in any case make TA partition backup (if haven't did it already)...
Anyone plz help to unlock bootloader for Xperia 5 910SO.
