but it not run .. wahting flashing ...but not run % as image :

How long did you wait? Flashing can take a considerable amount of time.

tried that flash erase method ,, not working ... did it many times but everytime i flash cm12 and start this 75 mb is used ! not decreasing a bit !

My tablet is stuck at ANDROID logo. The model of the tablet is QC-7BHD with Rockchip (BND-RK3126-D86-BT A1.0) . I downloaded this ROM rk3126-quadcore-fq-088ka-1024x600-7inch-android4.4-20170104-test.ok.rar from here (i uploaded a picture because i can't provide links) . Is this safe to flash ? Will it fix the issue ?
