On Windows 10 try updating your bootloader via Emma.
When you done in Flashtool unlock your bootloader. (make sure you are installed latest drivers!)
After that flash TWRP via fastboot command:
fastboot flash recovery (drag your twrp image)
It should work.

Try unlocking bootloader with Flashtool (not Emma, search it in Google)
You need IMEI and unlock code (for IMEI type in dialer *#06#)
After that run Flashtool and click BLU icon.
If you don't know how to unlock bootloader send me message or email me ([email protected]) and download TeamViewer.

in official sony website for unlock bootloader: https://developer.sonymobile.com/unlockbootloader/
the say something very interesting :
"Important note! In order to unlock your Xperia™ M2 you need to be on software version 18.3.C.0.37. Also beware that booting this device the first time after unlocking the boot loader may take a long time."
Logical the solution is:
install 18.3.C.0.37 firmware
unlock bootloader
I try to found 18.3.C.0.37 .ftf for Sony Xperia M2 D2303 and i don't found ! ! ! any help?

[Completed] MotoE 2 Gen does not start into recovery after flashing TWRP.img

Hello Forum,
I tried to flash twrp-2.7.1.0-condor.img to e MotoE 2Gen XT1524 Surnia.

If I select/press "Recovery" (hardware button on the phone) or issue the # sudo fastboot reboot
the MotoE shows the "WARNING, BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED" and the normal Stock ROM(Android 5.0.2.) is booted again.....
Question:
What I am doing wrong? Is there a very special key combo on that XT1524 to enter recovery?
Every help/feedback is appreciated very much. Thank you!

You should unlock your bootloader with fastboot. And if you didn't backed up, it doesn't matter atm.

Hi,
First be sure you have your M2 in Fastboot mode.
Then I suggest you to request a new code to be able to unlock your Bootloader again here:
http://developer.sonymobile.com/unlockbootloader/unlock-yourboot-loader/
as you use the one prviously used the first time you unlocked your M2.
Regards.

The key won't change as its calculated with the IMEI which doesn't change.
I can say I am having the same problem. Additionally, typing oem device-info or oem lock gives me a "..." screen that would never gone. Typing oem unlock blah blah show the same results as above.
In the service menu, my phone shows boot'''' unlock allowed instead of boot'''' unlocked.

Let me report what I tried, do you know what is the problem?
I try this Asus flash tool, i can connect it from this tool.
However, I can't find my model ME302kl in this tool list.
I download the rom from asus website
https://www.asus.com/hk/Tablets/ASUS_MeMO_Pad_FHD_10_ME302KL/HelpDesk_Download/
I tried few other model(eg.Me103K) in the asus tool list since I can't find my model ME302kl in this tool list.
When press start to flash, it started to unzip the ROM and then show fail.
"Run flash image script failure(Not found the flash script file)
I thinks it is because I can't select correct model??
thank you!
Any one know how to save my soft bricked pad me302kl??

tecno unlock bootloader?

so i am trying to unlock bootloader in my device tecno spark 8c i enter the fastboot mode and tried the command fastboot oem unlock it say message ok but nothing happenes if i try to flash the vbmeta it says the bootloader locked and need to be unlocked how to unlock it?
What happened is that you got a OK, means phone's bootloader now got unlocked.
To deal with bootloader you run Fastboot commands from the Windows shell, either CMD or PowerShell.
no it didnt get unlock it only say message ok
i tried this command fastboot getvar unlocked
which give me message unlocked:no and i am running linux so i am using its commandline working with it and as i say it didnt get unlocked what is the problem i cant figure it out
