Hi,
have you tried using DC Phoenix software? It lets you force flash any update image from the bootloader even if FRP lock is in place, but it will cost you 15 euros for unlimited flashes for 3 days.

thanks man i almost given up on anyone replying
so thats my only solution ?
I bricked my Mate 8 and fixed it with DC Phoenix as @A.lemane mentioned. Here are some details https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoenix-flash-repair-tutorial.
What about dload method? Does it work at all?
To unlock FRP with B581 I had to lock bootloader then boot device and enable OEM unlock in developer tools, then unlock bootloader. You will have unlocked bootloader and unlocked frp at the same time.
I had unlocked bootloader and FRP locked but the option OEM unlock was off and disabled (non-changable) due to unlocked bootloader. My understanding is that you can enable OEM unlock only when bootloader is locked. That was in my case, maybe that can help you.

I fix It. The solution is easy but in anyway you need wipe your device
The steps are below
1 switch your phone in bootloader mode
2 with fastboot enable OEM lock , after lock the phone will be wipe
3 wait boot and configuration
4 enable develop mode e now you can disable OEM protection (FRP)
5 now switch your phone in bootloader mode and with fastboot unlock OEM
6 after wipe your phone will be with bootloader unlock and Frp unlock
Good luck

I tried to use this tool https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108 to rebrand my mate 9 and I was able to unlock my bootloader before I started this tool and no problems there. Next I open the tool and went in and followed all the steps without problems all the way down past rebranding and to the step where I have to unlock my bootloader again. This time, FRP engaged and doesn't let me go past - I am stuck: i cannot reboot into the system to change any settings. At this point I tried a variety of methods, erecovery and funky huawei, they both end up saying getting package info failed. Now I am stuck. I cannot boot into the OS, it just kicks me straight into erecovery and erecovery isn't doing much recovery at all. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you need to relock bootloader, after it phone is resetting. then you need to unlock it, install TWRP , then you need to reflash a COMPLETE backup from MHA-AL00C00 or MHA-L29C626. Then restore to this. This is the only working solution. maybe i will create a backup from AL00

Need Warning
I think this thread (https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108) should add some warning.
I meet the same problem today.

That makes three of us. I ended up with the same problem after getting to step E in the rebranding. I'm no stuck not being able to unlock my bootloader as it says Phone locked in green and FRP lock in green. OEM unlocking option is greyed out in developer options
before i found a solution i hardbricked my mate 9, but it works for soft bricked mate 9 too https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/help/solution-19-00-fix-hardbricked-huawei-t3750315 i was in the same situation, thats how i fixed it, just follow steps from how to use the DC-phoenix tool with Factory Firmware file, update.app and hw.app
Now I'm in the same situation
After rebranding my Honor View 10 BKL AL20 to BKL L04, it can't boot into system and frp locked oem locked. Erecovery says getting package info failed.
Well I'm having a strange issue.
I've unlocked bootloader then flashed twrp. It didn't work then. When i boot my phone to recovery, a screen appears with a security warning and nothing happens. Then somehow my frp is triggered. Now i can't flash anything and my recovery is messed up . My phone boots normally though.
Is there any way to unlock the FRP? :/
Anyone? ?

I know that brother. I've tried dload method for full firmware restore. Sadly after 5% it shows error . Now I'm left with no options at all.
My device is a OnePlus 8T originally purchased from T-Mobile. I unlocked the bootloader to flash OxygenOS 12 in the open beta. Everything is working splendidly, but I can't seem to relock the bootloader. Using fastboot flashing lock, I get an error message asking me to flash the unlock token first. When attempting fastboot flash cust-unlock unlock_token.bin, I get an error asking to turn on OEM unlocking. OEM unlocking is greyed out because the bootloader is unlocked. Can you help? Thanks!

here brother:
Thanks, but my phone asks for an unlock token when I execute fastboot oem lock or fastboot flashing lock I get the error message: FAILED (remote: 'Please flash unlock token first.') When attemptIng to flash the token, I get the error message: FAILED (remote: 'Please turn on OEM unlocking in Settings - Developer option'). I heard back from OnePlus Support, and it sounds like I would need to perform a factory reset in order to lock the bootloader. That would revert the phone to the T-Mobile OxygenOS 11 image. I unlocked the bootloader so that I could flash the global OxygenOS 12 image. Also, I'm hearing from other folks in the OnePlus Community that the bootloader should remain unlocked if I'm in the beta. I'm not sure about that, but, for now, I haven't found a way to lock the bootloader and retain the beta image. Thanks, tho, I appreciate the link.

Yeah, there is no way to retain the beta image until OnePlus Gives an official update of OxygenOS 12 for your phone. and if you want to lock bootloader, u have to be on the official version.
BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO LOCK BOOTLOADER AND USE OxygenOS 12 FOR NOW. SO STOP SEARCHING
Gotcha - makes sense and will do. Thanks again!

There is no mentioning of unlocking bootloader for OB1 OOS12 in official thread.
@scothouse I ran into a smiliar situation with the OnePlus 8 5g tmobile. After installing the global Rom and upgrading to android 12 i couldnt relock it.
so what i did was downgrade my phone to android 11. the OEM unlocking was still greyed out but i was able to execute the fastboot flash cust-unlock unlock_token.bin command. then voila i locked it.
once you do that then update your phone then you are down.
Just use MSM tools. Of course everything will be factory reset

Were you able to re-upgrade to Android 12 once the bootloader was locked again?

Yes with OTA
In case anyone is on Android 13, I was able to re-lock the bootloader without issue.
I didn't need the unlock_token back when I flashed the global ROM to replace the Tmo one. I do need the token for the re-lock purpose though
Hello! Faced such a problem, yesterday I installed the Octavios firmware. Decided to block the bootloader. As a result, the bootloader was blocked and the system flew. When flashing via fastboot, it gives an error that the bootloader is locked (how can I get the phone out of this position? Thank you in advance!

Oh boy, you should NEVER lock bootloader unless you are going back to STOCK ROM...
Never been in such position but have you tried to unlock bootloader again with Mi Unlock tool?
Yes, I tried. 99 percent hangs for about a minute, then an error

You must have screwed it honestly... There is something like EDL flash but I have zero experience in that and its not that straightforward. Look at YouTube. Otherwise I have no solution other than Mi Service
