I would like to know if you have the option. My preference is to keep tasks locally synced.
Does it support recurring tasks? Ie, every day, every X days, every Thursday, etc?
You need to sign up for their service in order to use this app. That's a dealbreaker for me, sorry

Syncronization with Google would be nice, but this looks more like a team tool, not a personal task manager like Gtasks.

Suggestion: Maybe adding international presentations of drug concentrations per ampoule/vial would make this the go to option and gold standard of must have for physicians?

Thanks , I tried to stick with the international concentrations specially in adult drugs. I know pediatric drugs are more local but the good thing is that these drugs collections are dynamically generated from my private server, so after some time I will add drug localisation by region and according it should display the appropriate concentration(user selects his region). Untill that time, any one can edit the concentration by long pressing on drug name
