The main noticeable difference in blu rom than stock rom is that blu stock rom is completely AOSP like nexus devices

It is corrupted ...download again! Many users including me have flashed the rom no such issues. And it cannot hard brick ur device.

IF YOU PASTE IT IN ANY FOLDER IT WONT FLASH ....................

Wipe cache / dalvik cache / data / system......
flash rom............ ( NOTE : Gapps included in rom )
Reboot
After first boot is completed REBOOT you are device ( Important)
(Note:- if you get error 7;then---- wipe cache/data/system and click on reboot to recovery and then flash rom zip without wiping)
Camera working partially now(23/10)
(Sometimes it stops working )
Workaround for it:- just reboot once!!

what firmware is taken as a basis? Multirom or xiaomi.eu? or it's official redmi 4x?

BUG:
The screen remains dark (with no UI/icons) when receiving a call with the screen off.
This is probably a bug with the dialer app, as installing another dialer (like Drupe) solves the problem.

I cant receive call during screen off black screen

[BUG] If you turn off your screen during screencasting & then turn it on again, the device will reboot into recovery.
