[Q] Samsung E-mail App or Alternative?

I recently installed the Serendipity ROM and the Samsung Email app is missing, so I cannot sync with my company's exchange server.
I was wondering if the Samsung email app handled both email and calendar? If it does not is there an alternative app in the market?
I am trying to explore my options.
Thanks,
KF

Head over to the serendipity add-on kitchen. I can't post links so bare with me....
serendipityinfuse . weebly . com / add-ons . html
You can create a .zip package that includes the missing Samsung apps. Drop it on to your SD card and flash it from red CWM.

[Q] How Install Android default e-mail client?

Hi!
I have installed Kyrillos Rom 8.0, but it doesn't contain the default email app. I couldn't find it in the market, so where can I download it?
Thx,
Tommas
The default mail client, as in Samsung's mail client? The ROM has to be Samsung based for Samsung apps to work, fyi. If it is, then... search, my friend. Search.

[Q] ICS vs Jellybean Email app

I dont like the subfolder support on the stock SGS III email app. I noticed that the Stock Email app on the Nexus 7 has good support for subfolders for exchange accounts. is this a JellyBean Vs ICS difference, or a Phone Vs Tablet difference?
if its just a version difference, can i just sideload the stock jellybean app to my phone?
Thanks

No message and mail aps on watch.

Hello,
so I have fully updated Samsung Gear S2 (not classic one), and before the update, I could see the message and mail app.
Now I cannot find them either on the phone or on the Samsung Shop.
I have Xiaomi Redmi 4X.
Is there an option to instal this .apk NOT from Samsung Shop?
Regards,

Mail (and I think message) works only with a Samsung phone. The Watch can not know what mail app the user can have on the 100 000 others phones type/brand

Samsung messages on another Android and Galaxy watch

Hi there
I just got a Galaxy watch and I'm using an OnePlus 6.
As far as I can tell, if you don't have a Samsung device connected to the smartwatch, you won't get access to SMS app on the Galaxy watch.
Idk if it is because of the messenger app that isn't Samsung's it if I'm using a not Samsung device with the watch.
Either way, I'd like to be able to use the messages app on the watch.
For that, I'm thinking that one solution might be too install the Samsung message app on my OP 6.
Is there a way to make the app work on my device?
