I've been using my XZ Prem - G8142 for almost a month now and besides having low speaker volume issue as most of the people has, I am also having trouble to find the correct firmware so I can use Volte on Vodafone Turkey.
I had been a Samsung Galaxy user and latest one was S7 Edge +, fully aware of flashing CSC files on custom roms. Unfortunately, I cannot find a solution accordingly so far .
I noticed that G8141 currently has a generic firmware for Turkey,

Does anyone has an idea how to use G8141's network capability which came via Version: 45.0.A.7.90 / R10A on G8142 please ?

Can someone shed some light on the different versions of Mi4? I bought an Mi4 in India and not sure which version it is. Are the Mi4w the same as the global and can Mi4w Roms be flashed on the Indian variant?
I had the same question, and I found this in the MIUI forums:

To identify your phone, open Settings / About phone / Model number. There are several possibilities:
China Mobile - supports:
3G version (model number: Mi 4-cmcc) : GSM/TD-SCDMA
4G version (model number: Mi 4lte-cmcc): GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE
Version for use mainly in China. Not recommended for the rest of the world, though may be used as a GSM only.
China Unicom - supports:
3G version (model number: Mi 4w): GSM/WCDMA
4G version (model number: Mi 4lte-cu) : GSM/WCDMA/FDD-LTE
Recommended for international use.
China Telecom - supports:
3G version (model number: Mi 4-ct): GSM/CDMA 1X/WCDMA/CDMA 2000
4G version (model number: Mi 4lte-ct): GSM/CDMA 1X/CDMA 2000/WCDMA/FDD-LTE/TD-LTE
Rare (but not impossible) to be found, that's the version that supports as many standards as possible.
Information regardind the Mi4 ROMs:
- Mi 4-cmcc, Mi 4lte-cmcc, Mi 4w, Mi 4lte-cu and Mi 4-ct are using one and the same ROM (the one for Mi3/4 from the Downloads section)
- Mi 4lte-ct is using a different ROM that can be found in the Chinese MIUI Forum.
- Don't flash MIUI5 on any Mi4 LTE model or you'll brick it !!! The LTE models are supported only by MIUI6, V.6.2.1 and higher and MIUI7.

This is the latest firmware listed for India
You can use any other countries firmware ...only issues available languages and or special services offered by your carrier that may not be available on other countries firmware
You can also flash G930F firmwares to your phone as both model are fully compatible and the firmware of both work fine on each other
