Guide To Convert Chinese Theme Manager to Global Theme Manager(English) in MIUI 9 and even in MIUI 10
Procedure:
1. Add the following lines in Build.prop :
ro.miui.region=IN
ro.miui.cust_variant=en
2. Clear Data of Theme Manager and just Reboot.
!!! WooW !!! It's work ...
U can also convert Chinese Theme into English in MIUI 8 by just following these simple steps :-
1.Add the following lines in Build.prop :

ro.miui.cust_variant=en
2. the Same lines will be there in /data/miui/cust/cn/cust.prop
Do the same changes there too and Rename the "cn" folder to "IN"
3.Clear Data of Theme Manager and Reboot.

After changing in build props must wiped data of Themes App (by going to setting ~App Setting~Installed Apps ~Themes) and just reboot

Yes i did it but no result. The App is in English but content is in Chinese.
May be u r making sum mistake in writing build.prop bcz it should be showing in english.

Yes, it is Mi 6. Do you have latest Miui 9 rom for Mi 6?
How about changing themes market global to chinese ?
No "region" lines in multirom build
Or you can just change your region to India....

bear in mind:
1) that this mod will overwrite all your settings preferences to default
2) your system UI may stop so clear SystemUI data from settings
3) this MOD is only tested on 4.4.2 based ROMs but it may work with others

I saw you changed some files in data/data that seems tricky :/
I hope we can figure out how to do it through XML or smali. I am looking at including this in next version of Domination

->TAKE A ANY THEME WHICH IS ALREADY PRESENT IN UR SYSTEM FOLDER
->ITS FORMAT WILL BE IN .GNZ
->CHANGE IT TO .ZIP FOLDER ( RENAME. GNZ TO .ZIP)
-> AFTER CHANGING ITS FORMAT

Hey bro ur app can only be used in PC ,this guide is for both mobile and PC users and this is more simple than urs .so its way better than urs.

use rootexplorer, move settings.apk and keyguard.apk to root/system/app. Then fix permission of that two files with rw-r-r then reboot. After reboot configure your lockscreen on settings.

sorry bro but sad to say i dont have xperia c anymore ive lost my phone with my sd card so all my mods and files are lost. i will try to look on my computer files if i have backup , also my last mms mod , i do fully modded mms for our xperia c with fab button with function of insert photo, add attachment etc. but sad to say i dont have the device anymore.

Settings App MISSING
My settings app disappeared from the app tray. And when I try to access it from the notification bar, it says SystemUI stopped working. Any solutions?

Is this applied after rooting and installing CWM and then flashing the CWM flashable u made?
I'm having a hard time with the root explorer method. I'm hoping to apply with no problems or issues too, can you guarantee this?
after install these apk, i can't open the setting.. it said "unfortunately, systemUI has stopped".. then i restore from recovery, but the problem still the same.. what happens?.. any solution.. please help because i cant open the setting or app setting..

Hi @riasat.sheikh your in call ui works great but i have a request can you make it like default colour the green one when you have time coz i like this and with green dialer it will match perfect. after call cut it changes colour that makes it more lovely please add there also a colour matching with green. Thank you so much trying other apps.

This theme is cirkle by default, and i fixed for emui 10, and i don't have Huawei devices any more mate
