Ok flashed the rom. Here is my first impression -
Boot time is a bit long. Nvm as one time flash.
No *** apps to remove. So nice for me.
Cam i think its oos port cam which is as usual.
And here comes my fav part -
I see that cpu usage is very minimal for me and still buttery smooth. I didnt even getting a thought to tweak something as i monitor the cpu usage. This is awesome. Thanks and congrats to dev.
Small request - is it possible to add show cpu info option in adv settings?

I'll look into it...A big part of the magik with it being smooth and not as cpu hungry is the use of my B14CKB1RD Kernel... But also because the rom doesn't have the unnecessary bloat in system partition as well...as for long boot time it's debatable on the hacks...I'm not too concerned about it as it's not that long lol...only on initial flash maybe

been playing around with this and it definitely meets/exceeds my expectations. i havent tried stressing it yet to see if it hangs or reboots, but its smooth for sure. going to delete my previous nand backup as theres no need for it with this

To all users of the rom. Upcoming on our next build if you do dirty flash please, no wipes needed. Our flashables handle that for you. If you have any problems ON THE NEXT BUILD after a dirty flash, please clean flash before reporting anything AND THIS MEANS ANYTHING! Thank you in advance.

known issue in most rom... boot rom without gapps. setup wifi and then flash gapps should fix it

cant download from within browser (tried different), it cant find sdcard to download to.
pushed some files through pushbullet and they were stored without any prob in the download folder.

This rom is fast but I face the following problem with twrp.
I can't restore my backup (of this rom).
extracttarfork() process ended with error=255
No problem with other roms.

Broke my 6P so I decided to fire this up for something to play with. Runs very well, only been a day but so far I am very happy and impressed.
One small issue I found was when I lower the brightness the screen goes completely blank, lowered to about 1/4. Took me awhile of failing about to get the brightness back up but it is definitely a repeatable problem. Anyone else experience this?

I'll check into raising minimum brightness level. Were you using adaptive brightness at the time.

thanks for still making nexus 7 flo a new rom to be flashed .. testing now.

I've never thought that Flo would have a new ROM by developers out there. Up until now, LOS was the only alternative for me, but this is about to change.
Gonna test it for a couple of days, and see how it goes. Thanks guys

found out that sometimes auto rotate isnt working .. sometimes freeze in landscape mode.
resolve by just restart. all other thing works perfect.

Known issue for N7 if you have magnetic case, not rom specific

Thank you for keeping Flo alive! Testing this rom for 6p so far and it's amazing!! Now ready for Flo!!
I'm a little bit obsessed by security.. I know that running nougat on old devices needs some tricks to be done in order to boot and so even if rom is up to date in terms of security is not exactly the same of running nougat on 6p for example.
Is there some difference in terms of security (latest CVE) running this rom with or without custom kernel (EX or Glitch seems to be updated)? Is this rom supposed to be as safe as the one build for 6p (as much as an Android release could be safe of course!)?

To all users of the rom. Upcoming on our next build if you do dirty flash please, no wipes needed. Our flashables handle that for you. If you have any problems ON THE NEXT BUILD after a dirty flash, please clean flash before reporting anything AND THIS MEANS ANYTHING! Thank you in advance.

Already aware of the autorotate issues and have addressed them in the upcoming build.

Same just happened with me, its bootlooping.

Flash without errors, but hangs in bootanimation

I guess the deep sleep issue is still exist. At this time all custom ROMs come with deep sleep issue unless disabling fingerprint.

If you enable fingerprint, when the call coming or you want to wake it up, it is alwals black screen unless rebooting.
Accroading to my limited experiences, the best way to avoid it is disabling fingerprint.

Yes you will need unlocked bootloader and twrp recovery

so the fingerprint enabled renders the phone unusuable as a daily driver?
Is this a kernel issue?

Can't register fingerprints it thanks it's for the back. Somehow passed that but it don't allow you to register any prints.

One bug:
If ambient display is Always on, when one turns off screen, the screen flashes for a split second before showing the ambient display.
As it happens in rr rom.
And I can't find Smart Pixel. The searching in Settings shows it should be under Battery, but there's none.
