There's a difference between lock and relock.
Relock will say 're-locked' in the bootloader, and that's probably voiding warranty.
You can get it to say 'locked' by flashing official firmware, you have a few options here...
1. Firmware Finder
2. Flash update guide
3. Dload method (only for C636B136 and AL00C00B115)
4. FunkyHuawei (paid)
5. Dc unlocked (i think anyway, and paid)

No. When you flash stock firmware everything is back to stock. If there was a way to flash a modified update.zip with Twrp as recovery instead of stock recovery it would be possible. But as far as I know we can't yet. I've tried to repack using Huawei Update extractor but it doesn't want to, header mismatch. (this is on all extracted files, not just twrp)
The only reason to get locked bootloader would be if you needed to return the phone because of a software error. If it's hardware it should be replaced anyway.

Yep. Flashing stock firmware will do that.
You won't get rid of emui though. We don't have AOSP so emui is always there...

sorry for my bad thing. But can i ask you help me this case:
i have Mate 9 Pro LON-L29C636C361 (lastest Oreo ) , but my bootloader is unlocked, and maybe not have stock recovery .
So, which method can flash again full rom C361 (3 file : update.zip, data full, hw...etc) and complete back to stock with locked bootloader???
I read somewhere about method LON-HWOTA, but it fail when flash TWRP step, because i am on Oero, so this method can not use in this my case . Can you show me another way ?

to relock bootloader on Android 8 (MUI8), only works if you have your CORRECT oeminfo.bin. make sure you backup yours before rebranding
1. just flash TWRP
2. make folder folder HWOTA8 on SD card
3. Download HWOTA8 and copy "hwota8_rebrand" to SDcard
4. Copy your oeminfo.bin file to HWOTA8 folder.. Make sure to rename your file to oeminfo.bin
5. Boot into TWRP and install from SDcard hwota8_rebrand
Done bootloader relocked

Re lock bootloader and back to stock.

Hi everyone, please help me I read so much post on xda and I don't know how to re lock or lock the bootloader and back from android 7.0 to 6.0. The only modifications I do to my honor 8 FRD-L04 C567 B360 is I unlocked the bootloader and installed via fastboot TWRP 3.0.2 but this version can't flash only read function is operating. So I flash via fastboot the original recovery for my version extracted from the full package of android 6 MM. So I tried to install the full firmware via dload method but the system tell me is that not the correct version to my phone and I'm sure is the correct version. I still do not re lock the bootloader because I read that some people had a brick left after the re lock process. I need to sell my phone because of I need to pay debts. Please help me to restore my phone as new.

Look up FRD-L04 Rollback package
Get that, extract to dload folder, flash
After that is done, put full package in dload folder, flash
Sent from my FRD-L04 using XDA-Developers Legacy app
This is for all the process or just for back from android 7 to android 6?

Yes my friend, but first off all, I do the rollback 75 MB aproximelity via dload method, next to do that I have to re lock the bootloader via fastboot with the unlock code. And to finish, I install the full software of Android marshmallow via dload method (make sure that the software is in the micro SD, not in the intern memory) 3.70 GB aproximelity. My phone was like new.
Awesome
Great to hear! I managed to work out my issue with mine! I appreciate your response!

Boot animation problem

Hi
since i flash my update rom android 7.0
i have two Boot Animation
first is for honor
second is huawei
how remove second one?
plz help me
Try to clean flash your firmware through dload method, trying to be accurate while flashing. Something surely went bad while flashing the update you're talking about. Maybe you flashed the 7.0 for another variant, and now it messed up the firmware. Go on hwmt.ru site -> firmware database, and recover your ROM update package.
You have to pay attention and flash ONLY packages that matches your build number first 9 characters. Like "BLN-L21C432Bxxx", for example, will work only on a BLN-L21C432Bxxx. Flash only packages with PV at the end of the name.

Relock bootloader for warranty

Hi, is It possible to relock bootloader for to have warranty back?
Thanks
once you flash the stock img, it will be locked again.
Till Nougat, we had dload method which locks it fully (other method for unlocking it would just re-lock it)

Hey, i am in the same situation and after flashing the stock rom + stock recovery my bootloader is still unlocked, and i still get that "This device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen on boot.
Is there any way to manually lock the bootloader?
Edit: i found this SRKTool and i was able to easily relock the bootloader. You need the Unlock code though and it resets your phone, so backup your data.

Yes it will only relock the bootloader but not lock. Anyone experienced with this can get this that you had unlocked your bootloader earlier

If so, better dload the current firmware and it will lock it safely.

You can install the OTA update from here. Just follow the instructions Google provided at the top of the page and you should be all updated. It's only the full images that require the bootloader to be unlocked.
Just go look up factory images for Pixel phones. You can install firmware right from the web browser. You don't need to have root. Root is optional.
Do you mean without an unlocked bootloader? Root is not the same thing and does not determine how you can flash firmware.
If your bootloader is unlocked, you can use the Android Flash Tool. If your bootloader is not unlocked, downgrading is impossible.

This only works if OEM Unlocking is enabled in Developer Options.

@Albi Lukaj, Please be aware that unlocking your bootloader WILL WIPE YOUR DEVICE AND RETURN IT TO STOCK!!!
If that is not preferable, you might try applying the OTA like stated in Post #2, but I am not sure if it works downgrading a version (it probably doesn't)...

The question is, can I lock the bootloader with the old version of the official firmware installed without getting a brick. Because the old version of the firmware works smoother.
Locking a bootloader doesn't affect ROM actually installed: Lock or Unlock will wipe your data, that's all.

You still, or I didn´t find, that you mention the model of your device, that´s matter to have the right answer.
Also, it depends on which method you used to flash the ROM, if you officially, flashed the ROM, and the rollback didn´t affect your device, then it won´t do, locking or unlocking it.

The stock ROM can be installed on the phone at any time. Mostly via ADB / Fastboot tools.

My phone is Sony Xperia 1 J9110. I flashed it officially to the latest ROM through settings. Then I unlocked the bootloader and flashed the old stock ROM via newflasher. Then I decided to relock the bootloader with old stock ROM installed. Does this mean that I will get my phone bricked if I lock the bootloader with old stock ROM actually installed?

Yes, always that you flash a stock ROM, you can re-lock it, fastboot will erase the data as a security measurement.
