Why would you want to know any way?
It might mean your phone is unlocked to all networks or locked to one network.
if im not mistaken, probably means its sim-locked and you have 4 attempts to unluck it by code (just guessing.. not sure)

"o" probably means enabled while "x" means disabled
i suggest contacting your operator regarding network unlock, if you type the wrong code many times bad things will happen

I know that, it can be hardlocked and only unloked via cable with xperia official software if false 4 time more

I have 5 at begining and try 1, now left 4. and is locked, but still can figure it whay on other phone there is [x] and [ ] ... and in my situation [o].
anyway thanks for fast answers.
If network Value is 5 then you can sim unlock your device. I no that much.
Hello, first time in this super forum, i have sony xperia j original with stock rom and last update; cause some lag and various stop and reset i decided to pass to custom rom; i followed the obvious site of sony for first step, unlock the boot loader ( my phone is unblock-able ) so continue with the form that ask me imei name and email...but...
Sony don't want to send me anything.....
Some ideas?

Unblock-able?????
Hello,
So you aren't getting any code from Sony? And what do you mean with unblock-able? That the bootloader cannot be unlocked? If that's the case, ofcourse you don't get a code from Sony! Your bootloader cannot be unlocked! How should they send you a code if you can't unlock your bootloader?
That is my interpretation of the word unblock-able, you're using... Maybe it means something else, so correct me if I'm wrong...
Kind regards and goodluck,
MatsPunt

xperia j 's bootloader is unlockable not unblockable before sending imei number u should confirm that imei is exactly the same as in your phone and the problem can be because u r entering a wrong email address thoroughly check the email address u r entering on sony's site and enter only 14 digits of ur imei number (remove from backside if required )

Trying for a month now to get the code for my arc s an xperia s and they just wont send it. Everything is checked and rechecked on bouth phones but there is is big NO from sony.
YES, the both phones have bootloader unlock status to yes. I guess they simply stoped and forgot to say it to everyone
If you are using Arc or Arc S , unlock Bootloader using EZ-Unlock App, beware since I am not responsible for bricked devices
Hello, is there a possible way to unlock my sony z3 because i checked the service info and it says network 0 and all numbers are 0 so i have no trys to unlock the phone.
I think 0 means unlocked.
In my everything is 0, and I can use SIM card from any carrier.
I doubt , after bootloader unlocked what thing will be lost . And Do we re-lock it for warranty ?
Info
U won't get OTA update It means Official Support from SonyMobile
thats because ur warranty will void
when u unlock bootloader thr is footprint on system that s not easy to remove
Also sometimes u will lose some system app functionality
:good:
any idea what system apps per se ?
Some camera functionality and content that requires DRM such as image enhancements (x-reality/super vivid)
