Rate this thread to express how you think the Honor 9's Wifi performs. A higher rating indicates that it has excellent range, throughput, and signal strength. Like when you're taking a dump in the bedroom upstairs, do your videos have to buffer or do they come through without interruption?

Again it's just the same with other honor devices.
Connects really fast without any problem..no signal drop.
All the connectivity of the smartphone is excellent!
(WI-FI / Mobile Network 4G/3G / Signal on the sim / GPS Test is the most powerful receiver)
No problems. Okay!

I'm very satisfied by its signal strength overall.I get 2-3 lines of wifi whereas my lenovo tablets disconnects occasionaly.
The WiFi signal is very strong on the Honor 9. Much better than many budget phones out there.

Hi guys,
There is one specific LTE tower near me that is giving this speed...

The DL speed on this specific LTE tower starts off around 10+ mbps but within a second it "throttles" down to the DL speed you see. The UL speed is always ~20 mbps, the normal AT&T LTE UL speed. All other LTE towers are fine for me, around 20-30 mbps download and upload speed.
I put in a ticket with AT&T, an engineer said I was too close to the tower, something about signal overshoot. They ignored my questions about why the upload speed was fine, or why the DL speed seems to be "capped" or "throttled".
I called AT&T again and they told me "tower is over capacity, in October there will be another tower built nearby to address the issue."
Anyone experience this with any other LTE towers? If the tower is "over capacity" does that mean AT&T is throttling the download speed to 1 mbps?
I'm strongly considering this case but am partly worried about the aluminum causing signal degradation. For those of you who have it can you comment on this? If I'm in a relatively low signal area I'm guessing this case will render my phone useless?
The case looks sick as hell but I'm on the fence between this one and the Neo Hybrid...

I personally just want their bumper, not worth losing signal with that back plate.

I'll let you know when I get it. But it even says on the site that they have tested signal a lot with the case and the case does not pose any issues with signal.
Fear isn’t ‘evil’, it only allows us to learn our own weaknesses. When we learn our weakness, people can grow stronger and kinder.

from watching youtube reviews of their aluminum case, they generally lost 1 bar of signal.
have anyone experienced it here, I have a literally slow wifi connection at around 2mbps which is pretty good for streaming like youtube and twitch but when I wanted to use my bluetooth earbuds and speakers the stream starts to stutter and seems like the bluetooth radios interfere with my wifi connection. i am on a b/g wifi
Which phone are you using? I've got an Honor 6+ from Three in the UK, and I've been suffering from incredibly poor performance over Wi-Fi. I just tried testing it with Bluetooth off / on / on and connected / on and streaming audio. Speed was normal until I was connected to my bluetooth speaker, when download tested at 0.33Mbps (full speed on this limited connection is about 2.5-3Mbps).
Unfortunately, this phone has the worst wifi of all smart phones in the past 2.5 years. I was about to buy this phone but lucky I saw this review! Can't believe Huawei could release it like this

At the club, at the bar, or just in your mom's basement, nighttime is when you come out to play. Rate this thread to express how the OnePlus 2's camera performs when no or low light is present. A higher rating indicates that the camera sensor "sees" lots of light in dim conditions, and that the resulting photos have minimal noise. A higher rating also indicates that when the flash fires, the resulting photo is evenly-lit without any bright spots.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
Smartphone cameras have long long way to go. But this one is decent enough for current generation.
Good enough for me
