The Huawei supercharge is faster than quick charge 2 from qualcomm
so Im ok with this.

yeah I noticed super charge on p10 plus is really fast in less than 30-40 mins it's at like 90% charged from 12% or less.

from 30% to 100% - about 50 mins

My phone is huawei-p10-plus and suddenly super charging didn't work and charging so slow

Not at all that long. It usually takes around 2:00-2:10h to charge from 5% to 100% with the standard OnePlus charger.
Charging current is highly dependent on the temperature of the battery.

Can you elaborate a little?
If the battery temperature is higher than 35 degrees, the charging current is 1 amp, if it is below the maximum possible, depending of type %% charge, from 1.9 amps to a minimum when the battery is fully charged
1.45 from 0-100 with anker powerport 10
CHarging is a lot faster when the phone is on as compared to when it is off *observations*
Anker power port link pls.. @albireox
2 Hours!
It takes no more than 2 hous to be fully charged from 0% to 100%
Just completed the test about an hour ago and coincidentally stumbled upon this thread.
From 0% to 100% it took 2 hour 10 minutes.
Even with my old Moto X 750mA charger, it still charges pretty fast...
With all other 2A charger, it's like 1% / minute (1700mA going in with screen on) , so it's around 100-120 Minutes....
mine take just 1 hr 35 min to full charge from 15 % when it hits power saving mode !!
Excellent charging speed.
2 hours from zero to 100
Not as bad as I feared knowing that is didnt have fast charging.. 2 hours.. and thats OK.
I haven't had more than 3 hours yet.
I have a Qualcomm quick charger that charges my OP2 in about one hour...the OP2 charger takes about 2 hours
As far as i know qc is not present in op2 so i dont know how this can be

Not very fast. Little worried about charging speed. While mobile is off then it took 2 hour 16 minute to reach from 0 to 90%. Ok but sometimes feels bad

It's true charging at 30-32% per hour speed, very slow charging.

How slow are we talking; how long does it take for it to go from 0% to a 100%?
Sent from my Mi A1 using XDA Labs
About 2hrs and 15 mins. And this is when you don't use your phone while charging at all.

My Mi A1 has almost the same capacity and charges in about 2 hours. I think that's acceptable.

it took me 1 hr 35min to charge from 10-100%.
getting battery backup of 1 day & 2,4 hours above
no gaming(not a mobile gamer)
Charging are so slow it tooks atleast 2 hours to get full charge, and is not acceptable. What year is it? 2016? My other phone with lower price than this can perform 35% faster.
Pretty fast, especially when using QC3.0 charger.
0-80% is fast, but 80-100% is pretty slow in my opinion. It's a good thing tho, makes the battery last longer.
Fast charging should refer to the initial phase. If you plug in for 20 minutes it should give you enough power for atleast 5-6 hours. Sadly, that is not happening over here.

Some people here say that their device takes longer to charge and all. I say there a some important factors to consider -
1. Heat of the Device - How hot it was when you put it on charge. If it is hot, then definitely your phones regulator will reduce the amount of charge let into the phone.
2. Ambient Temperature - If the climate is hot, then automatically fast charging will increase device temperature. And as Black color absorbs more heat energy phones temperature will naturally be more than in a chilled room. (All phones are susceptible to this phenomenon, I've Experienced this first hand) and more heat = low speed charging
3. Power Outlet - The power outlet at which the charger is connected also plays a very important role. Pretty Self explanatory.
My Phone takes around 1:40 - 1:50Hrs at normal temps(ambient and device), while 2:30Hrs in a very hot condition.
too slow , it takes me over 2 hours to 25% to fully charge

Honestly, it charges pretty quickly, it just HEAVILY slow down once u reach 80% which is good for battery, but not convenient to me.
from my testings, 0-80% in 60 minutes at OPTIMAL conditions (medium battery save, no wifi, no sync, no location, airplane mode, AOD off, brightness 1%)
i think this is absolutely perfect in every way, just wished I could simply charge it to 100% as fast for long days.
In my situation the super fast charging doesn't work somehow, or either I don't understand it. From 30-80 takes rough 2 hours. Or is it maybe because of the different country I flashed on?

Are you using the original charging cable and power adapter? From 30 to 80 should take only 40-50 minutes.
And to really fast charge, you must close the screen (AOD can work, doesn't matter)

When the screen is locked and you are charging the phone, does it say "fast charging" on the lock screen or notifications?

no it says fast charging, without super. Still, 2 hours to charge from 30 to 80 is not normal at all. Even from 0% to 100% takes only 1 hour and 30-40 minutes. If this keeps happening, I think you should take your phone to a Samsung Service and let them check what's wrong.

I will try flash stock firmware first after I will check out with service center, anyway thanks for your help.
My phone charges from 5 to 85 in 60 mins. And takes 1hr and 30 mins to 100 overall satisfied with the speed. I had an Asus Max Pro m2 and it takes 2 and a half hour from 5 to 100
My A70 charges a little faster than 1% per 1 minute of charge. But the fast charger is not much faster than a regular charger. I get about a little less than 1% per 1 minute of charge on a regular charger.
100% charge on the A70's large battery lasts a long time.
Certain programs will drain the battery though, such as wifi transfer program opened in the background, or bittorrent type programs opened in the background, so make sure to optimize or make sure the apps are closed when not in use.
Mine is charging as Rixil 1' s charging. I am very happy with that speedy charging.

Fast charging using normal adapter?

As we all know, the charger xiaomi provided in the box does not support fast charging, although it is quite good. For fast charging we have to use different adapters or powerbanks that support it.
Yesterday when I was using my normal charger, it suddenly showed quick charge and two lightning symbols in the top right corner, which indicates fast charging, that I usually get when using my mi powerbank.
First I thought it was a software flaw but sure enough, my phone was charging at a much faster rate and was heating up similar to when I charge using powerbank.
Unfortunately when I removed the charger and reinserted it, the phone charges at it's normal rate, and I've been unsuccessfully trying to repeat it but it's not happening.
My device is completely unmodified, stock unrooted rom and bootloader locked.
I think this means that the normal adapter might be capable of fast charging but xiaomi has disabled it, something worth looking into.
Also I know the phone charges quite fast below 50%, I saw this effect while phone was at 69% and reached 72% in barely 3 minutes or something.
Unfortunately I did not have the presence of mind to take photos as proof.
first of all if you are using charger which comes in box with the phone, its not a fast charger its only 5V2A.
2nd it can't charge at pace compared to fast chargers as it can only provide 2A at max or it may be faulty
3rd it may be software bug just showing quick charge
and in the end you said it charged from 69 to 72 in 3 min. i can say its not fast charging because my charger 5V2A which came in box also charges at same speed you are saying. it normally takes around 1 min for 1% increase but depends on various factors like load being used currently by the phone.
sometimes when data is off or battery saver os on it charges more quickly as consumption is also less so it charges fast.

It was 2% in one minute, I've attached a ss from telegram group of violet where I reported this for proof. My data and wifi were on, and I've enabled always switch on data for faster switching in developer settings.
Even now it's currently happening, but the rate is very slow, I think it's probably a software bug like you say, any idea why this is happening?
Edit 1: That Telegram ss is from the day where I first created this thread, not today.
