Clarity/resolution - Nokia 6 Real Life Review

The Nokia 6 has a crazy crisp display. Just kidding, this is automated text so who knows if this screen is any good. So, you be the judge! A higher rating indicates that it's extremely sharp and clear, and that you cannot see pixels with your naked eye.

Display is very good if not great. Sunlight readability is extraordinary.Brightness range is broad.Auto brightness is not accurate and borderline disturbing, but that's true for every other phones. But we expect Nokia to do better than the rest, aren't we?
No complain at all.4.5 outta 5,deduction is for auto brightness.

Compared with Honor 6x both devices on max brightness.

Display of Nokia 6 is good but not so excellent in broad daylight especially under sunlight device heats up with max brightness
Not well for reading under sunlight it just harms your eyes but night mode is helpful for long time reading under shade

that QHD display <3_<3 , very vivid colors, yet not over saturated looks great with minimal kcal tuning.

5/5 ultra darn dim. Probably the dimmest screen I've seen in a phone in recent memory (Nokia's bricks with no back light don't count). Now thinking about it this screen probably shuts backlight completely too but only for auto light for some reason, manual light doesn't go that dim, probably a good thing since once outside the screen would be is impossible to see but the auto light saves the day.

P.d. Colors suck. Coming from LG and Samsung tablets and phones really spoiled me.

Despite many rants regarding the only 1080p resolution... Actually the display is very good. I am using sRGB color profile.
I personally hope they will continue with the same resolution, i think it's better for battery and performance and for this size it's perfectly fine.
Ps: i've used both the s6 edge, s7 for more than 2years, and except vr (which heat the devices like crazy), no real need for qhd for a display that has <= 5.5inch.

720p display still enough for day to day usage and clarity is good and resolution too

The IPS panel in the RN7 is no AMOLED, but in my opinion the lowest brightness is pretty good to use at night
10/9
Yes no amoled
For IPS panel is better than most Samsung phones with amoled panels. Also for direct sunlight viewing is better than most expensive phones.
