Hey frank,
check out an app called "Zillow." I need something like that. Please let me know if it could be done.

That app can certainly be done, the question is where does the data come from? Zillow has a well defined web services interface that lets the app get access to all the stored real estate data.
Are you a real estate agent with some kind of access to a data base? Do you need the webservices and database done as well?

What to do about application idea

Hello guys
I have an application idea about youtube application for the parents to control there children's youtube using and I have all the specific details and features and the design draw on papers the only problem is I don't know how to develop and I don't know where to go to make the application and who I trust please help me .

You can suggest your idea to Google (YouTube) or you can build a YouTube app using YouTubes APIs.
Programming skills needed for this, mainly sqlite,3,xml, java.

Hey Friends and Valuable XDA Members. I am a new developer and constantly looking for innovative ideas to start working on making an app. So when I found it I didn't waste time making one
The IDEA
So I was shuffling through pages of Android Communication apps on facebook like snapchat and kik and found a similarity in the comments of their posts, people used to comment their usernames on these posts, IT rang a bell in my mind and I am thinking that alright so these people want to chat and they don't have a platform to share their usernames and connect with people having similar interests, So I started coding.
The APP
I tried to code it from scratch and as close to material design as I can without compromising on compatibility with legacy and older android version devices. Works on android 4.0+ IceCream Sandwhich and above
Description
Socialize is the best place to share your social usernames like Kik, Snapchat and Whatsapp.
Connect with people having similar interests.
Wanna know who is interested in photography and wants to chat? you can get the usernames of those interested people and share photography tips! or maybe some recipes of cooking! or you just want to chat randomly! Before requesting the promo code I've tried the free version. It worked O.K (Although I found it frustrating that it detected F-Druid app installs as potential threats. I trust it more than I trust Google play).
The problem came afterwards, when I tried redeeming. I was grtting "Server Error" all the time.
One of the solutions online said to uninstall google play updates, so I did and the redemption worked.
After installing the app again and running the scan - It has flagged ALL my apps. See pic.
Might be because the app uses Google Play version as a reference?
Let me explain, me changing GP version by downgrading it and then installing the app caused it to think that all my apps were from "unknown source" because they were downloaded via a different GP version.

I think I figured out what caused the issue. Tafayor Security relies on a certain info saved by Google Play app , so when you downgrade the GP , that info is lost and all installed apps are considered as installed from outside the market.
I will fix it and update the app as soon as possible.
