Database Info

Can not gain root.. Stuck

So I just opened up my Opo, went through the process of rooting and unlocking.
Unlock went fine and I have the latest twrp up and running. Flashed supersu in recovery and I still do not have root access.
Did I miss something?

Did you get supersu from http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu - - flash that and then open up supersu does it ask for the binary to be updated? If so, let supersu do its thing and then reboot.

Install the app from play store.

Uncheck Respect CM Root settings in SU settings and the root will stick . This should be mentioned in the guides it is a common mistake,

Be careful with latest twrp 2.8.0.1 as well please read up in offical and unoffical twrp thread for some serious potential issues. Especially prior to restoring

Root checker pro(com_joeykrim_rootcheckp-1.apk) is reporting root is not configured

Hi ..
I have built a custom rom using AOPS source of lollipop 5.1.1 with kernel 3.10.30..
Its booting in virtual box. I have built su along with source in /system/xbin directory.
I tried root checker pro apk(com_joeykrim_rootcheckp-1). but its always saying root is not configured properly.
Kindly help me

Not able to install Custom ROM's

hi there
I have moto g 1st gen
Things I have done sp far:
1.Unlocked bootloader and installed Custom ROM (TWRP)
2.Rooted and installed CM12.1 (flashed g apps too)
3.Updated to CM13 but i didn't install g apps and it went in bootloop tried my things but nothing helped
4.Recovered it to stock ROM i.e. original 5.0.1
5.Now Rooted and installed custom ROM
6.Not able to install CM12.1 or RR
Please help

Why can't you install CM12.1/RR? What happens when you try to do it, what error do you get? And what custom ROM have you installed?

It said can't flash when loaded in TWRP
Is there any other way to load ?

You should run factory reset before flashing ROM.

I am trying to root my Samsung Note 10 Lite but I am not completely successful.
The flash in Odin is going well but when restarting the phone I get this message :

but bro , any way to flash stock recovery . i flashed twrp, now wanna go bacl to stock recovery

Hi Folks I've managed to build Stock Rom as a flashable zip that works with TWRP or OFOX
Thanks to SuperRs-Kitchen,
So far I've only built it for the following models:
XT1925-6 RETUS
XT1925-3 RETBR
XT1925-1 RETAR
XT1925-2 RETLA
Instructions:
Download the zip file and move it to the SD-Card
Format Data
Go to wipe and wipe everything except the SD-Card
and flash the stock like any other custom ROM
