Its the Samsung clock 5x1 widget. I just resized it from both sides into 1x3.

Can you tell me what file that is that you modified to clear it? I found the files for the settings widget and clock, but not that one.

You placed the icon on a black transparent background. I want to do that to!

I used the background of a froyo themed. Launcher and changed the dimensions to fit then placed the icons on top of each one

For the people that are having trouble installing, make sure you uninstall the previous version you've got installed

No clue. I either found her in a wallpaper collection, or on FB/Tumblr/Instagram. The eyes and tats just grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go.
