Hello guys, I want to know it how can i solved this problem, our Android TV is stock in Boot(Android Part). is there any solution for this? if there is Hard reset or way to Recovery mode please Let me know. Thank you!

I believe this machine has alps firmware, Alps.li.mp3.v1.

Need help rooting a new phone - Mobicel R1 Plus - Android Go 10

Greetings all.
New to the forum, and I need some help if possible please.
This is a weird one I can find no information on anywhere else, and would appreciate any assistance.
I have a Mobicel R1plus

device code seems to be R1plus_1 when attached to windows using USB debugging.
Android go - 10.
I can find nothing about the phone model, and no real success rooting android go.
Can anyone assist or point me in the right direction?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
