Is there any tool or program for porting different roms from other devices to Oneplus one?

No,you'll have to port them manually.

You don't need source codes while porting, just the port ROM(the ROM which you're gonna port) and stock ROM(which in our case would be Cos(insert cm version here.)).
Though, porting for Qualcomm is not as easy as porting for mediatek but at least it's easier than porting for 64-bit,as you may know ours(sd801) is 32-bit.In short, you can port ROMs from only those processors which are 32-bit Qualcomm, for example ,sd800(nexus 5),sd801(lg g3,oneplus X)...I.e.,cross architecture port is not possible yet, though cross-porting is possible but it won't be easy,I suggest you should start porting from a sd801 device.
That being said, always make sure stock and port ROM's android version are same.
For more information, refer to a porting guide.
Edit-your service provider is "Iceland-Simnin"?

So if anyone of you had purchased one of these devices kindly upload system folder of it + boot.img.It will be a huge help for all mediatek based devices.
Thank you.

JB 4.2 on MT6577?
Even with the rom and kernel, you will need ALOT more to work with.
And did you forget Mediatek is Closed Source?
Wish you good luck, you will need it !

I actually read it
My reply was based in, what use can u actually have for JUST **hint**hint** the base system and Kernel source code?
Being the rest Closed Source, there isn't much you can do with JUST that.
Don't take it personal, i just hate these Comp. that dont comply with the Android GPL License.

Well if we get our hands on ROMs that have the same chipset we might find a solution for the camera don't you think?

Hi guys. 2 months ago I've came into Android World deeper than before and now I'm very fascinated. I downloaded linux, all the necessary files to compile a rom but I still don't understand some things.
My device is Redmi Note 2 and I use stock MIUI 7. As we all know mtk and/or xiaomi haven't released kernel sources (6795) so developers have to think hard how to make a rom. And there are my questions. Does kernel source is really necessary? What if I compile rom successfully and then port boot.img from stock? Will it work? However developers made some roms based on LP for this device. And I read that I need device tree and vendor, which doesnt exist for redmi note 2 or I still can't use github.
Second question which I have is: does compiling for 64 bit CPU differ from compiling for 32 bit CPU (like 6592)? If yes, could you give me some tips?
Ohh I think you can understand what I wrote
Thanks in advance and please dont blame me for silly questions
If you are looking to compile roms then you picked the wrong device to do it. They are the worst with kernel source. You can't completely compile a rom but use a patch system that does most of the work.
Yes it is different. There are some Tuts around but they are few as most don't use that type of chip.
If you really want to learn to develop then I would suggest getting a different device. One that respects the copyright and gpl laws.

To compile a rom u need kernel source, device tree and proprietary, bye
Will we get it?Im 1000% sure the phone is capable of running it.I believe somebody must mess with the RIL,the P8 devs say they have some issues with it(while building cm based roms),anyway flashable rom is easily to be made.
Here I found the source of the phone: http://emui.huawei.com/en/plugin.php?id=hwdownload&mod=detail&mid=70
Even if we dont have source, there is still a chance that we can make custom rom for it,just like broadcom grand neo got cm11.
''Contrary to the popular belief, userspace driver source code is not always required to make an AOSP-based ROM as long as the proprietary binaries shipped with the device does not modify the API too heavily (or is from a very different version of Android). Instead of modifying the source code of the drivers, the Android source code was adapted to be able to use the proprietary binaries.'' - using this logic there is flyme os 5.1.1 in 4pda,which is also skinnned chinese rom,we might be able to port the newer emui from p9 or honor 7.
Edit:Just saw that there is android n beta for p9 based on emui 5.Anyone wanna give a shot porting it?
Are there actually any active developers?
I think it's possible but it will be so difficult for the devs to do such thing...
But I really hope that some one ports it for our phone

I think porting the android n beta for p9 should be possible,or if not the beta then when the official version comes out.It has kirin 955 and mali gpu,I think it can be crossported. It would be easier to port from the p8,but I think it wont get it too.
Practically replacing some libs and folders with the ones from the stock marshmallow, that did work with mtk chipsets, but Im new at the kirin stuff.
When is Nokia going to release the kernel source for the Nokia 3 ?
It would be of much help if Nokia will give out the sources for aftermarket development.
If u by any means get hands on it, please kindly share.

Nokia mostly don't give a **** about customers, so no kernel source

Yeah I know but it would be good enough to ask them.
I was previously on a Motorola device(Moto E4-woods) the mtk variant, which we had to ask for kernel source before the released it.
Am currently trying to work on custom Roms for Nokia 3, but going with stock kernel isn't enough.

we can still port roms without kernel source, but we need to find rom with same cpu, gpu and same kernel version.

I dont' know if there's a custom kernel for this device. But you can download the source code form here https://www.nokia.com/phones/en_int/opensource to compile it and add features by yourself.

To compile a kernel from source you can follow this tutorial.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/ultimate-guide-compile-android-kernel-t2871276
There are more threads, this is an example.
The build number in your screenshot (5_180) tells the number of the kernel version you need to download (i want think so ), in this case is the Nokia3_V5.180.tar.bz2 file.

With having a linux environment you can build a kernel from source reading the guides. Adding features is more difficult because the main reason: this device has mediatek SoC.
