Unfortunately, DJ20 was never made available to us. So there is no way to get the radio back. Your best option it's to flash EB11.
My one question is, why would you flash a 2.2 radio to a 2.1 ROM?

Well, since the links were removed from xda and I was told to not repost them, I don't think that would be a good idea. But if you go to the irc room like it was suggested previously, you can get help there.

I am currently running the latest CM11 nightlies on my Verizon Galaxy s3 and wanted to upgrade to the ML1 modem without using either stock TW or a TW rom.
After searching the internet for a while I found invisiblek.org was the only place that anyone really knew of that had just the modem but unfortunately that's been down for a while.
After spending hours and hours searching I found a Chinese forum with the modem .zip
Here is it for anyone else having trouble finding it.

Hey I'm glad I found this! I'm trying to locate a file invisiblek used to have d2gsm_rilblobs.zip, so I can solve the problem as discussed here.
also, if I'm having this problem, do I even need the rilblobs zip, or just the modem file?
