I have a Samsung galaxy j5 2016 .
I bought it a year ago but i have a problem.
In the first 5 months it was working fine but then it started showing some problems
one day i connected it to my laptop to transfer things and it worked fine but after 10 min a error
showed and my laptop didn't recognized my j5 2106 anymore the other phones work fine only mine doesn't.
Does anyone how to fix this problem [Unknown USB device(Device Descriptor Request Failed)] m
I have formated both my laptop and smartphone but still the same problem.
And if i install a custom Rom will this problem be fixed ?

Go into dev settings on the phone and try to enable usb debugging?

Hi My phone is Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830
about two days ago I was trying to install this Rom Ios 5 or Something like that
all was going well until I switched on my phone and I got a plain white ANDROID text
I thought it will go away so I waited... nothing happened
I have tried every Odin thats compatible with ace out there but it it always gets stuck at setup connection
I also tried removing sim
removing battery for 10 mins
removing sd card
different usb cable
I am also very doubtful about whether the ace is connecting to the Pc or not.. while in download mode odin shows 1(com 3) or something like that
but I can never mangae to open the pc suit ... there s not even an Icon showing the drive in my computer
It just shows in Odin that it is connected but Im not sure.... if it was really connected it would let me acsess the files right???
Maybe this is the problem ?
Please I need all the help I can get any help will be highly appreciated

Anyway I tried to make a custom rom.
I did a successful root but I was not able to load the rom. After a few times trying i only got a screen which showed me an empty battery. I connected i to the pc and to the charger but no reaction. If I disconnect it, it shows the samsung screen for a few seconds and then only the grey screen. And after connecting the empty battery again. Nothing else is working.
I only hope that someone can help me. I have no idea what to do.

your tab is bricked
are you sure the your tab was rooted successfully
mean you sure that the file you used to root your tab was for your tab not from other variant
Hello everyone, I just rooted my Samsung galaxy tab 3 7.0 Kids Edition for my daughter. And now im getting the said error message..It worked fine before but after root and everything that message pops up..ive tried unistalling the driver from device manager and restarting but i still get that message.

So i recently purchased a samsung tablet (gt-n8013) it was working fine, i put it to charged came back from work and it wouldn't bootup ,it stuck at the samsung logo..I checked online (google and youtube) and it seems like a common issue with that tablet (thank you samsung), i tried almost everything, hard reset, root the tablet and nothing seems to be working. I also noticed my laptop doesn't recognized the device after i download the latest firmware from samsung,i tried different softwares like Odin or kies none of them wouldn't recognized the device, so it was impossible to root my tablet..i bought a new usb cable and tried the same steps on a different pc still nothing...Its been two weeks now still not working and i don't know what else to do, if anyone ran to the same problem and knows how to fix it ,could you kindly help me resolve this issue or point me out to the right direction PLEASE!!!..Thank you.
