3. A new Drive will appear in your My Computer/This PC(If Windows prompt to scan your drive do not otherwise it may damage your device
4. Open Win32 Disk Imager
5. Select Drive Letter of your phone.
6. Tap the folder icon ,select the folder you want to save the backup and in the file name : name your backup however you want and click Open

Can you restore the backup from one phone to another? I assume it has to be the exact same model though, right? I have an old Lumia 1020 that still has the good Weather app which works with the Glance mode along with some other apps no longer available in the store, so it might be nice to copy that device's ROM to a newer Lumia 1020 that doesn't have a broken SIM slot.
Can you do a guide on how to do back up and restore using WP Internals? Also restore using Win32 Disk Imager?
I have a grey ,en_gb, single sim 925 that i've just backed up using the info above ,worked ok.
I was wondering, if there was someone who had the same phone with Win10 RS1 installed and working ok
and they made a backup image .
Could their backup work ok on mine ?
Might be an easy way to do a offline update with any Win version after 107.
I have a feeling there's a catch to do with IMEI or something that would rule this out.
We probably would have seen this already if it was doable.

Hey Celkon A63 users! I know there is no development for Celkon A63, but to burn the fire, I have made a CWM like (CWM base) recovery for Celkon A63 which mounts UBIFS partition.
If you will port the recovery directly from the CTR 2.1 for UBIFS, then you won't be able to mount the system and data partition. I have modified the recovery a bit and now it can mount system and data partition of Celkon A63!
The recovery is totally stable with no bugs. You can make backups, flash ROMs (I removed Xposed from this) and can also partition your SD Card.

How To Flash this recovery?
1. Download MobileUncle MTK Tools from Google Play Store
2. Push the recovery to internal sdcard of this device.
3. Rename it from Carliv_Touch_Recovery_for_Celkon_A63_Forever_Alone.img to recovery.img and make sure there is .IMG extension.
4. Open MobileUncle MTK Tools app and select Recovery update and select the recovery.img from there.
5. It will prompt you to install, just tap YES.
6. It will prompt you to reboot to recovery..Just tap OK and make a Nandroid backup from there to avoid bricks.

Hello guys,today I want to share a recovery for MDPI(320*480) resolution Spreadtrum 8810(SC8810) devices.
ediyi ported this Recovery for K-Touch T619 which runs on Spreadtrum SC8810 using Android 2.3. I ported this, and it runs well on my HUAWEI Y220-T10.So I think this will also work on other similar devices.
You can port this recovery to your device, but before flashing it, check the /recovery partition size.Or it may BRICK YOUR DEVICE.
If you found that you can't touch on Recovery, then unpack the img, add your touchscreen driver lib file (it can be found in your /system/lib/modules) to unpacked /init.rd/sbin folder and open init.rc, after "on boot", add this line:

There is no vold anywhere in this recovery, that's probably the storage problem,
I am still working on that, only have internal now
for anyone following,, I have not bent vold to my will (yet),, but
this img had no /etc/twrp.fstab,, that and manually adding mount dirs
to the image seems to have "solved" my problem

Let me introduce: Ubuntu Touch for our phone!
Using @prashantp01's Vendor Dumpster V1.1.
This ROM is very much not ready for daily use, and probably never will, but it's still cool!
Ubuntu Touch is the touch/mobile friendly version of the popular Linux distribution, Ubuntu.
Using the steps listed below, you can boot it on your A8/A8+.
Bugs:

Usually boots (unreliable)
Display works!
OpenGL Works!
WiFi usually works (unreliable, if you turn it off, you can't turn it back on)
Rotation works!
Brightness works!
Vibration works! (takes a minute or two to start working)
Installation:
Follow the instructions to install Vendor Dumpster V1.1.
Install the SaR Patch following the instructions.
Flash GlES_Updater.zip provided in downloads using TWRP.
Install the correct Halium boot image for your model. (TWRP -> Install -> Install Image -> Select your boot.img -> Select Boot from the list -> Swipe to flash)
(optional) Format data! (Not just simply wipe!) (This sometimes is required, sometimes isn't. If you can't boot, Try formatting then continuing from here!).
Flash the provided Ubuntu Touch ARM64 Rootfs GSI using TWRP.
Reboot to system
If you can't boot, do a hard reset a few times! (Vol Down + Power for 7 seconds)

I would like to boot it off external sdcard though, since it would be dualbooting just like that Arch Linux ARM in another thread. (searching for a OS to move on, away from Android, Ubuntu Touch is very well suited for this, pmOS too, but Unity8/mir has that look to it...)

I have found a bug I can't mount my SD card it's formated for Apps but I could mount it on the old TWRP and copy stuff and so on

I have a SD card from Intenso if it matter? Formated with android and I can install Apps on it. I can send screens too

I can't? When I press Volume up and home it does nothing and in the logs it doesn't say that it have made a screenshot edit: I have found it out how to make them I haven't use it a long time so I can attach it now

Lol you have really bricked my sdcard, i have a backup it isn´t so bad but if i install it again will it brick my sd card again ?
And sometimes i can't take a screenshots if i go backup section (If i do a failing backup on the SD card and then I want to make a screenshot)
