Please use the official method of unlocking. DC is a paid service, the official one is free.

I unlocked my BLN-L24 but I might send it back to Amazon because the damn thing doesn't have Volte yet. Go back to my Nexus 6 which had Volte and Wifi Calling.

Use dc-unlocker to unlock the bootloader. It will cost you around 3$ but is the way to go. There is a tutorial on the homepage how to do that.
EDIT: read here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-read-huawei-bootloader-unlock-code

Hello,
My Mate 9 is running C636B110 (Asia firmware) and I have just received BL unlock code.
After BL unlock (wipe), I would like to go for TWRP, Root & xposed too if available.
Where can I download latest full European firmware and can it be flash by fastboot or other methods?

Use a router between you and your ISP

Nothing! Use the in App buttons to find IMEI & Serial no. Somehow the auto detect Serial is different than Sys info.
The code works as Bootloader show red Unlock message instead now.

Unless you purchased the Mate 9 from a carrier...It should be unlocked already.

Sorry, yes a mean IMEI.
I purchase the phone in a carrier but i want to unlock to use another carrier.
sorry for my bad english
These 2 get mentioned frequently but I have no idea if the Mate 9 is supported by any of them:
https://gsmunlockhub.com/
https://www.dc-unlocker.com/
Usual disclaimer, make sure you're not breaking any local laws (device unlocking is a grey area in many countries) and beware that you might be invalidating your warranty and/or contract.

In general, if your mobile phone is a contract one, you should contact your old carrier to ask for help to unlock the phone for use with a different carrier. And you need to send the IMEI number to the carrier simultaneously.
Hi,
What's the name of the carrier the phone is locked to? I think I can recommend some services able to unlock the Mate 9.
Hi! I just got a Mate 9 and was wondering if there's an alternative way to unlock its bootloader since Huawei doesn't allow it anymore.
Maybe something through FunkyHuawei from what I've read here.

True that. I didn't continue.
Try using Dc unlocker? Some people say it works in oreo. I think it depends on your firmware version. Huawei was being strict with modifications. Even firmware finder does not work with current firmwares.
Can anyone help me figure out how to flash the international software for oos on to my Sim unlocked oneplus 7 pro. I really want to do this because things in the TMobile software are missing and also would like to use one of the custom kernals out there to get more battery life out of this bad boy.

Once you get it sim unlocked you need to go into ADB and get your unlock token and request your bootloader unlock code from OnePlus.

It's not an instant process. Same as with the 6T OnePlus will email the unlock.bin file after about a week or so. But that being said it didn't give me any errors and shows that it is pending.
