AOSP Extended is an AOSP based rom which provides stock UI/UX with various customisations features along with the Substratum theme engine. The project has been made by cherry-picking various commits from various other projects. Being based on AOSP it provides a smooth and lag-free experience out of the box. We will constantly try to add more features and make it even better in future updates. A ROM by a user, for a user. #StayAOSP #ExtendYourDevice #BeExtended

I use your other share (rr remix os 7.1.2-June' 17) in my K3 which is really beautiful experience; Let's try this rom, expect another marvellous experience.
One question - I have Lenovo K3 note (k50a40 indian), which Gapp i install for better Arm X64 7.1 nano or pico:good::good:

button bug
Flashed this room just today, with gapps stock, while earlier using stock rom just pressing the home button popped up the assistant, but now unnecessary navigation bar has to be used as while pressing the home button options pop up. so the functionality of home button has been affected. Kindly fix bug. Testing continued___

Also the recent button isn't working as before, as long pressing showed options but it works only as recent task button.

Got the home button working but menu button only opens recent apps no other options working.

Also the Easter egg cat game icon is not able to reach the top of notification icons list. So the game isn't playable . Kindly reply developers.

Got it working but still the menu button isn'table to do anything except opening recents.

So many disadvantage after using rom:
1. More ram consumption (1.1 gb) than rr remix 5.8.3
2. shared internal storage is more
3. Gapp of pico 20.06.17 flash unsuccessful when previous version goes successful.
4. Jio4gvoice & phone app always conflict in each call, solve after restart 7 goes again.
5. dolby Atmos or other Fx's are not included like as rr remix or ROW.
6. equalizer app always hanged before start.
7.flash light dose not on in snapshot when required, while it's on in video.
Advantages:
extended part are same as rr remix.

Flashlight automatically turns off after few seconds but the ui still shows that flashlight is on.

Well there were some lags and reboots so I flashed the official version of this rom . Also i havent flashed any other kernel, its the same as it was back when i purchased it.

There are a no. Of devices for which the rom was made each device have different kernels, so telling you about my device helps you and the other developers to improve this rom by fixing the bugs and developing new bugless kernels. I sure do have a MIND or else I wouldn't be here at this forum and help in contributing by testing the rom on my device and telling you the bugs so that you could fix those bugs and make my device more flexible and easy to use.

Anyway u said sth. That didnt happen theres no RANDOM REEBOT ,OK
And all testers said theres no issue as u said so plz if u didnt like this rom use official one i think its better or use stockrom to fix these proplem that u said about and good that u have a mind

But try to thank the dev. That made the rom that u were using its not easy to do a rom that 98% buggles

Audio Has been tuned:
Speaker sound is a bit higher,
Headphone volume was normalized, it was to high, overdriving the channel.
Microphone crashes have been solved
New feature: One handed mode
New feature: Keypad disabler! Disabling the keypad will enable the navbar.
CM File Manager is gone!
Sdcardfs has replaced fuse. 3 times faster read/write speeds!
New mali GPU driver (r7p0 from MM release, great performance!)
GPU OC up until 600mhz with the new driver

Half of the camera HAL has been open sourced! (more stable, better support)

FAQ​
Everytime I use the phone to record video/audio, the sound is always messed up
Just disable the ok Google hotword detection from the Google app settings:
settings->voice-> voice match (or ok Google hotword detection) and turn off "Say "ok Google" an time"
When attempting to add some toggles the toggle refuses to go all the way up and disappears midway through moving it
Easy way to solve this is to go to settings-> configurations->quick settings tab->tile layout and set everything on maximum. Add the toggles you want then restore the layout to how it was
Proximity sensor not responding and keeping the screen off during calls until hanging up (or phone force-restart at times)
Downloading and running the "Proximity Fix" app will fix it (root is required).
Can't connect to camera" Error
Use the "Camera restarter" app as a workaround to avoid restarting the phone every time this happens

There are another bug mobile doesn't vibrate when call is coming. I am unable vibrate option in sound setting, then also it was not vibrate. Don't get me wrong I am only telling bugs to get great ROM .

Thanks i was about the flash Magsik but this one im seeing for first time...Google Pay(TEZ) is working normal in AOSP with out Magsik but IRCTC shows this error..

Given all permissions after installing the app.. seeing the issue for first time. IRCTC app works fine in AICP ROM but it is creating issue by not opening.

I have installed it.
battery showing 5 Hrs SOT without optimization
VOLTE is working fine no issue. call is received even data is off for jio sim.
no lagging, MAIN PROBLEM I HAVE FACED IS SD CARD IS TREATED AS INTERNAL STORAGE, (came to know about it after installing Es file explorer)
music and such earlier data files are not reading. Inbuilt file-explorer not showing internal storage. so you can not explore any thing.

I've noticed when you install Google Photos, you can get unlimited storage because it says "Photos & Videos uploaded from your Pixel before 1/16/21 get unlimited free storage at original quality". Maybe because this ROM is based on Pixel Experience

-Why no "Incremental/Delta updates" Support?
->Actually the updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.
-Does this ROM Support Substratum?
->Yes, full Substratum support!
-Which Gapps are recommended?
->OpenGapps
-How do I root this ROM?
->We recommend Magisk
-Will this ROM relock the bootloader?
->No.
-What about XPOSED?
->XPOSED is still in beta stage. We like Xposed but it messes up with the system so before giving any bug reports make sure you have Xposed uninstalled.
-When Will Be the Next Update?
->No ETAs, please. ROM Will be updated whenever the new build is ready by your maintainer. We generally provide monthly updates with latest security patches and new features.

While playing game I could see the difference. It hangs a little bit. Is there anything to speed or overclock my gpu to improve performance? I flashed twistloop kernel, I could see a small improvement in performance but still gaming too slow

I've got everything working perfectly except random network reboot.. it gets nill and recovers automatically . happens more frequently tht can be ignored. any solution ? am on note5pro india. ARB 3

No such issue ...maybe clean flash is ur way ...m using this rom as daily driver

The WiFi just disconnects very often and then doesn't connect until I toggle it again. Clean flashed rom with stock gapps. Everything else is working perfectly.
Flawless rom.

Also, when the c2API is enabled from extra settings, i am unable to use front cam on instagram and whatsapp(important for video calls). When turned off, I am able to use the front cam on the apps. Any workaround or fix for this?
