May be it needs a compatible kernel with doubletap to wake..try with optimus prime and report
Turned on dt2w and s2w with optimus prime and also try with hurtsky alpha3,and still FC.

The option isn't supposed to be showing, it will not be there normally unless the device supports it

Cyanide was designed for devices without nav bars...so implantation of nav bar is different in this case

A little bug:I set the background of notification drawer a custom color,after reboot it go back to default color.
I don't know why I clean flashed again and set a custom color after the first boot,then rebooted it didn't go back to default color.
If i set the dual sim call option " ask every time" dialer crashs.... can u solve this...otherwise its really a perfect rom...

Calls are fine ...may be problem with ussd?
no...both...call+ussd...if I set any single sim, then it works great
see the pic... I just dialed the number 844490...
its a clean install, no xposed or other critical things involved.
I‘m sorry...I didn't notice it's the final build until today.

So you want to enter the competitive world of professional ROM flashing? If so, you need to take your phone flashing to a new level. How can you position yourself and your expertise so you are the dev's obvious choice? Be honest. Do you enjoy troubleshooting? Do you have a problem with things going wrong? If so, then you might be better off staying on your current OS.

Q. VoLTE isn't working
A. 1) Update to latest Open Beta (24/15)/Stable ROM (4.5.x).
2). Complete your device setup and make sure that VoLTE is turned on and working.
3). Reboot to recovery, wipe system/data/cache/dalvik cache and flash this ROM.
4). VoLTE should work now.
Q: I flashed an update and lost TWRP
A: You need to re-flash the TWRP file via fastboot.
Q: I want to use this ROM, but I don’t want root. Is that possible?
A: You’re in luck. This ROM does not come pre-rooted. So you can use this with no root if you desire. Although, I’m not sure why you would want to do that, but you can.
Q: My phone reboots randomly
A: Use adb or any other file explorer tool to pull a copy of /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops (command: adb pull /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops) after the reboot and post that. Try to include what you were doing when experiencing the reboot. Also refer to the next question before filing any reports.
Q: I’m having weird crashes/reboots
A: Do you have other third party software installed such as a different kernel, Magisk, sound mods, etc.? Remove all of these before submitting a bug report. Reports made with unsupported software like what is listed above will not be addressed.
Q: Will this ROM receive frequent Security Updates?
A: Yes
Q: Does this ROM pass SafetyNet?
A: It should if you don’t flash root when installing the ROM, since it doesn’t come loaded with root out of the box. If you want root, Magisk will allow you to pass SafetyNet.
Q: Does OTA work?
A: Yes // Not for now on OP3
Q: Do I need to do a clean install?
A: If you’re coming from another ROM, yes. If you’re already running ours, a dirty flash should be fine unless otherwise specified. If you have problems, try a clean flash before reporting issues. Refer to an above question if you are coming from a stock-based ROM or are possibly encrypted.
Q: Will you add stuff to the ROM?

hey, when you release new builds, what's the correct procedure to update? will the purefusion OTA automatically download the build, reboot to recovery and flash? or do I have to do it manually? if yes, do I update by simply dirty flashing the new build over the old one without wiping anything beforehand?
also, is there a particular reason why you recommend using nougat firmware instead of an oreo one?

DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log

A: Oh hai there, well, Pie source is still under construction. Tho, I am an official maintainer, I will add official tag to the thread once the source is stable and we get builds from the server directly.

A: The current build should technically, support encryption. I still need to test this.
Q: Why u no mention features, gib me features :/
A: A lot of features are available in "OwlNest". I haven't mentioned it here, coz no time and also this thread will change once we start official builds. I will try my best to mention all the features by this weekend.
Q: Battery settings FC?
A: #BlameGoogle for now, disabling Health services fixes the issue.

A: Should work most probably, I don't use it, so haven't got a chance to test. Lemme know.

A: Yes, I will not be providing help/support to users that haven't wiped data when coming from another ROM.

Battery settings force close is another one of Google's flaw. Disable Device Health Services to make it work again.

Im not saying anything bad battery draining problem and saver is not working. When dialing just text shows up that its calling and buttons not showing up(not sure that its rom problem).. there are some little things to change to make it for daily driver

Known issues:
- Navigation bar glitches sometimes.
- Since it's Android Q you may have problems with certain apps not working properly. You will have to tell the developer of the certain app to update their app to be compatible with Android Q. This is not a problem with the ROM.
- 1.3gb system partition is required to be able to flash this ROM.
- Some Havoc features may be missing or not working properly.
- Settings app force closes when you go to havoc configuration section and click on the section for power menu so as of right now you are unable to enable advance reboot and other power menu items. Hopefully i can still find a fix for this in the next build.

NFC and compass should be fixed and hopefully the power menu options fc is fixed. The new build also brings followmsi latest changes for 5ghz networks and other changes. Will upload once i am done testing and running the build

Some settings don't seem to work: Smart charging, Power Button enhanced functionality.
I did not find a setting for doubletap2wake. With app Kernel Adiutor then OK.
Smal problem on activate AdAway (write to \etc\hosts file)- goes through Magisk Module.
YouTube Vanced OK.
Viper4Android causes bootloop after reboot. But can be an app problem ... Same on AOSP.

Maybee this post cann help you. First check for new partitionig (1,3GB) and for correct ROM version (flo/deb).
I was on same problem couple days ago. Solution for me was a reboot into recovery after repartitioning.
Not many information in this thread, but problems and solutions are similar to other Custom Roms.
For me a very good ROM. Only GPS withoud funktion on my flo???

Here Rom testing results as feedback
Clean install with pico gapps and magisk
Stability OK but for me momentaly not for daily using. Found some glitches:
GPS seems not working. Try more test apps but without success.
DoubleTap2wake only with using app Kernel Adiutor (here select opt halfscreen )
Battery life not good. Without activity (nights) take about 35% of energy in 7 hours.
I really like this ROM.
I miss the First Run App from Pixel Experience. I use it to Restore from Cloud.
On both N7's running Havoc, I can't change the Buttons to add Screenshot to the Power Menu. It crashes and restarts Settings the 1st time I try. The 2nd time I get a 'Keeps Crashing' message with 3 options.

New ROM Build Havoc OS 3.3 has been uploaded and added to the OP!
It brings the security patch level to March 2020 and brings havocs source side changes.
Power menu issue is still present this is a difficult one to fix but i will still try to find a fix

Hey buddy actually those button options that your talking about where you cant add screenshot to the navigation bar those options are actually for the devices hardware keys/buttons not the on screen navigation keys/buttons. Our Nexus 7 doesnt have hardware keys it only has the on screen buttons so none of those options will work so unfortunately there is no option to add other functions to the navigation bar. Hope this helps.
Hmmm...I must have phrased that poorly.
In Configuration Center>Buttons, there's a selection for Power Menu, where I wanted to add Screenshot to.
But, when I select it, I'm returned back to the previous screen and am not able to add Screenshot to the Power Menu.
Is there a different procedure I'm missing?

What I noticed so far:
- Smart Charging does not work, the tablet is charged up to 100%.
- Various weather and GPS apps report that no GPS is available. GPS data is not available, as if there was no GPS hardware

I have noticed that smart charging problem as well. I set the smart charge to 92% but it always charges up to the full 100%.
Fixing this issue would be great.

Thanks for updating this ROM.
I have HAVOC on other devices and it is really running well at version 3.5.
Just wondering when the next update for HAVOC (Android 10) rom for flo will be released and how often can we expect updates. Last one I have is April 9, 2020.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Back up your data and previous ROM with last TWRP
Download from link below.
Wipe system, cache, dalvik.
Also wipe data unless you are coming from another rom
Install the ROM.
Optionally install opengapps arm for 7.1.2 , but i suggest to use microg
Reboot.
WAIT for system to settle before you decide it is slow. Some of the app optimization which used to happen during initial boot now seems to happen in the background. When it's finished, responsiveness will improve.
Also i suggest to disable adaptive brigtness, live display,ambient display for better performance.
Optionally root with Magisk
I suggest to format cache and data with f2fs file system

Yes is a "known issue". You cold try gapps that I had posted on lineage thread that could be fit.

Yesterday I tested out the Lawn Chair with TWRP-3.4.0-0-grouper, looks good.... I had to reboot after the TWRP setup because it was giving error 7. After a reboot the GA-N-v7.1.2-20200629-grouper-Unofficial installed correctly. I'm testing the battery each day since yesterday since that is one of the issues that I had on my other grouper with the android 7.1 from last year. Thanks for building the image with the latest updates ....

HI! We can't install gapps due to the system partition size too small. Let me know if you like this rom and I will try to remove somewhat to resize the space occupated.
So far the groovy build is working very well. I would like to add two apps? What's the preferred method. Google Play and Services?

HI! Due to lack of space on system partition is not possible flash Google apps like play store, so if you want you can flash nanodroid microg or just download apk and install.

I used the muppets nvidia vendor and kernel tree of AnDiSa and source from cyanogenmod.

Hi! Post the error. However you need device tree, kernel tree and vendor tree(include Asus , nVidia ecc.)
