Hi,
How could we know without more details?
At least post some screenshots of the battery history, battery graph...
Maybe you have a ton of wakelocks, try to see with Better Battery Stats.
Sorry I did attach more pictures but didn't upload. Here is another.

You had a good signal?
Go to Settings/Wi-Fi/Menu/Advanced settings, is "Always search" ticked?
Here is some, the XDA app only lets me upload one at a time. Sorry/

Very bad signal, even no signal-> could result in a huge battery drain because the phone is always searching the signal...

Ok,
Untick "Scanning always available" and see for a day...
After a day post your detailed battery graph too...
When I say a day, I mean like after the time you used your phone in your first screenshots.

Mate 9 build L29b185c172 power consumption

I updated my phone yesterday and the log was about system optimization and power consumption, but I noticed that it's consuming more battery now specially in idle state. So anyone else is facing this problem?

If you have a rooted device, try the Battery Charge Limit app.
If you aren't rooted, try the Battery Lifespan Extender app.
