you need to use a custom recovery like cwm or twrp
that's a flashable zip you need a custom recovery to flash it, search on Google CWM for Nexus 4
1. root ur device
2. install busy box
3.install rashr app
4.download .img file of ur custom recovery (google it)
5.flash it via rashr app(keep ur internet connection on)
6. then flash your .zip file via the custom recovery
i did the same for error: pie (reaver -bcmon) chutiyapa tha

Hi Guys, I faced lots of problems while flashing CWM recovery then I found a way on a blog.
So all credits for this Tutorial goes to Dean of appsapkmirror.com.
Note: Before proceeding please enable USB-Debugging option
Now here is the Tutorial for Flashing Custom Recovery on MI3/MI4:
1) You need to have a Developer Rom installed on your phone.
for that download the Developer Rom from the links below. Flash it using the Updater option in your phone and select the update package.
2) After you have installed the Developer Rom you need to have custom recovery for that what you need to do the following:
Download the CWM Recovery from the links below and extract the .zip file.
Download and install the [ROOT] Rashr – Flash Tool apk file from below and install it.
After that Go to the Security app and provide Root permission to the Rashr – Flash Tool application.
Now open the Rashr- Flash Tool and grant Root Permissions asked.
After that choose “Recovery from Storage” and select the file recovery.img from the .zip you extracted earlier and flash that file.
3) That’s it now you have CWM Recovery installed as your recovery. Now you can flash any Rom you want.

Hello everyone.
I unlocked a bootloader in my freshly bought Honor 8 last week and I the first thing I did was to flash a root package (obviously). I'm used to SuperSU, so tha's what I flashed. Then I found out about Magisk. I want to try it, but I need to flash stock boot.img in order to install it. My build number is FRD-L09C432B404 (EMUI 5.0, Android 7.0). Could anyone upload corresponding boot img? I'd be thankful.
Do it yourself! ^^

Hello!
You can do it yourself, just follow these steps:
1) Download your firmware (update.zip) from hicloud url: update.zip
2) Extract zip
3) Download "Huawei Update Extractor 0.9.9.5" (zip file): HuaweiUpdateExtractor_0.9.9.5.zip
4) Extract zip
5) Open "HuaweiUpdateExtractor.exe" extracted from previous step
6) Click on the 2 dots button and navigate to the file to add the "UPDATE.APP" file ( extracted from step 2) ), it will show you all the files like boot.img , recovery.img , recovery2.img , system.img , etc.
7) Select "BOOT.img" and right-click > "Extract Selected". Choose this destination folder: Where fastboot/adb are installed.
8) Use fastboot command to flash "BOOT.img":
Code:
fastboot flash boot BOOT.img
Hope it helps you!
I'd rather not download 1.3GB of firmware for the sake of one small boot.img which can't be bigger than 50MBs, not to mention additional software I'll use probably never again, so I'd be thankful if someone sent already extracted boot

BOOT.img file from FRD-L09C432B404 firmware: Google Drive or MEGA
( Because I have nothing more important to do tonight lol )
Thanks for your support. I had to extract it anyways for stock recovery, so here it is in case someone needed it.

Hello,
I get a notification that I can update my P20 Pro from .131 version to .152 version.
The update has around 700MB, the problem is that when my update gets downloaded and when I reboot the device it reboots the device in to a TWRP where I get an error 9 with an information that the update has failed to install.
What can I do?
Should I remove TWRP, would that help?
I really want that update since I have very bad SOT (4 hours of SOT max )
Thank you all in advance
Hi,
We can't do it if you have TWRP. You must use HuRUpdater.
I did it on my P20.
You can use Huawei Firmware Finder APK on play store to download the packages.
(I will do it with 8.1.0.164 )
How to use:
Warning: Make sure you know what you are doing and do not flash firmware from other devices.
Download firmware files (for official firmware use Huawei Firmware Finder).
Put files you want to flash in a seperate folder on sdcard.
Supported zip files to flash are (name must match):
update.zip (use FullOTA file)
update_all_hw.zip
update_data_public.zip
Optional: Put recovery.img in same folder if you want to keep custom recovery.
i have make a TWRP recovery For American Network Solutions Device (ANS L50) Running Android 7.1.1
Everything Working Fine on this custom recovery.
You can root your devices using magisk.zip file
how to flash and root:
