How To Install:
NOTE: Your Phone Must Be Rooted For This Procedure! Please Root Your GOLD Before Installing PhilZ
1. Download PhilZ From Above Link.
2. Copy The Extracted recovery.img To Internal Storage.
3. Download & Install Mobile Uncle Tools From Here
4. Grant Root Access & Tap On Recovery Update.
5. Now Tap On recovery.img Shown There.
6. Tap On Yes.
7. You Have Successfully Installed PhilZ Touch Recovery On Your Canvas Gold
8. Now Extract Aroma FM And Copy All The Contents To Internal Storage/ClockWorkMod Folder
Other ways of doing the same are through Sp Flash Tools,Rashr,Flashify.Etc,

========= INSTRUCTIONS TO FLASH ==========
* OPTION 1 (Using PC)
1.Open SP flash Tools.
2.Click scatter loading and select the scatter.txt ( Search XDA/ Google on how to use the tool ; you will have to download the firmware first and replace recovery.img in it with the provided recovery.img)
3.Use the provided recovery. img to flash recovery partition only (by unchecking everything except recovery)
*OPTION 2 (USING PHONE)
1.Download Mobile Uncle Tools.
2.Copy recovery.img to SD card.
3.Flash the copied IMG via the respective tools.

Thanks, I did not think I'd get a reply. While on the topic, can someone suggest the best custom rom with the fewest bugs. About using c1 rom after all these years, it really is for a customer who has a whole lot and needs a higher android version so the newer apps work. FB Team Dev Pop has also been really helpful finding recoveries and roms, tough a lot of the old links are broken as you would expect

Everything working.
Installation:-
Download Mobileuncle Tools grant superuser permission.
Chose recovery option
Place downloaded recovery in root folder of sdcard
Select downloaded recovery from Mobileuncle menu.
Now reboot to recovery.
