Quiet top speaker

Hi,
I got problem with my Xperia Z3. Top speaker is very quiet when I call or listen to music for example on YouTube. Is it software or my speaker is broken?
Android version is 5.1.1.

i have the same problem. Z3 d6633 (brazil)
ringtone is very low. I think it's the version of lolipop.
