Do you have a unlocked bootloader? I think you can fix it by flashing stock images.

I don't have posibility to use computer to get stock image...
Maybe there are another solutions?
PS. Stock image will solve this problem? 100%?

If it's not a hardware problem flashing stock will solve the issue.

HTC cruise camera problem

Just after I have upgraded my Windows mobile, my camera stopped working. Actally works but the screen is black and I'm able to shut but without seeing the image on the screen. Had any one found the same problem?
Can you be specific about rom version? radio version?
The camera of my Cruize had same issue, I send it too repair center and the swapped the device.
It has something to do with loose solders of the processor.
(Don't try upgrading, downgrading it will not fix this issue for good.)

had the same problem. Hard reset and try again. I found that this happens after installing an update from HTC's page. Something about clearer image. Hard reset and don't install that.

how did you uninstall it? I cant find it in the program-list.
Thank you,

Ok, Just do a hard restart will solve the problem. And of course remember, don't install the hotfix again.

It is a hardware issue, not a software issue. Mine is with HTC right now for the THIRD time for the camera...... Now they want to charge me $145 to fix it. Needless to say, never again will I have an HTC device.
Same Problem
I have the same problem, did a factory reset, fresh install of CM 10.2 but nothing.
Always getting the "can't access camera" error.
I'm thinking it is indeed a hardware issue unfortunately, but if anyone finds a solution I'm happy!

could still be a hw problem even though you replaced the camera which is probably just the lense, the mobo probably contains the chip for the camera.
if you did a factory reset and wiped the caches after installing stock and camera still is a nogo, then its a hw failure of some sort, exactly where idk.
you could always flash stock again to double check, which stock? try them all

Camera is not workong

Camera on my One Plus is not working from today. When i open the app it either force closes or says cannot connect to camera. So, I restarted the mobile, no change. Reset, no change. Instead, camera app is now missing, but shows in apps inside setting. Tried different custom roms but camera app is missing. Installed different camera apps but non worked.
I havent dropped my mobile or done anything physical to mobile.
Flashlight is also not working...
Please suggest me if any solutions... thanks

If you have bootloader unclocked and custom recovery like twrp in place, then the option with you is to reflash the "fasboot images" of the desired CM version(11S or 12) and then you can revert to the Custom ROM you want and flash full package of GApps version.
thanks for the help. but i figure out the problem.. the camera was not attached properly and i attached it and all is fine now.
