Lock Image on Boot - Samsung Galaxy S7 Questions and Answers

hey guys,
can someone tell me, what the lock sign means?

It's unlocking encryption. It's just a fancy bootanimation though. The kernel replaces the Samsung logo dynamically if it sees that FDE is on.

Can you force the "welcome to Android" first time boot screen?

Hey thar.
Im looking for a way to force flag the OS to a first time boot (the initial welcome screen when the OS boots for the first time after a reset).
Is this possible? Im working on an image that I would like to pass on to someone, but I want the welcome screen to show when they flash it themselves (as I've already entered the image an made some custom adjustments to system and data, then dumped the images).
Thanks in advance for the help.

(Q) T-mobile splash screen removal

Do anyone know how to remove tmobile bright white splash screen on start up? Thanks
The first screen you get only with a correspondingly modified bootloader away. Is me but none known. The following animation you can, CWM assuming change with a matching zip (Boot Animation).
Here is a selection.

[Q] Any way to change the bootlogo?

So, I just changed the bootanimation but am eager to change the boot logo..
Like, when I installed thunderzap, it shows the thunderzap splash screen instead of the regular sony splash screen.
If anyone knows how to, please tell me Thanks in advance
You must touch the kernel, need kernel unpacker (bootimg tools) and graphic software for the bootlogo itself.
