Install instructions:
first time
- power off the phone:
- hold vol+ and plug usb to boot into fastboot (blu led)
- fastboot flash boot boot.img (from cm11 zip)
- fastboot reboot
- enter recovery, on boot press volume up 2 times
- flash rom zip
- flash gapps zip
- wipe
- reboot
for update just flash rom zip from recovery
Google Apps are not included in this ROM. You'll need to find those yourself if you want them.

- Recording with Google Camera don't work (front/back)
- HDR in default camera don't work
- FC to download a file with default Browser
- FC to download resources in Antutu 6.0 (Not GPlay)

I have some problems. I did wipes except internal storage and flashed cm13. It boots and asks to choose a language, I click to "Next" and an alien guy appers with some wave animations. Its endless, I waited even 30 mins, no changes. What could it be?

I had the same Problem. Just go through the setup as fast as you can. Just skip everything until the screen with a checkbox saying "apps can use location...". Uncheck that checkbox. Now you can finish and set your phone up

updated what's working and what's still broken.
The biggest problem is audio. Makes the device kinda useless.

After a clean flash I could install some apps untill I set up my phone completely .
Then I couldn't install after that.

I have restarted the phone then after i can install apks from file manager itself and it worked well.

Hardware key back lit not litting up. How can we fix this. The rom as far as I have used till now, is working perfectly. Even camera is much more stable than other builts. Flash lite works 70% of times switched on. Battery back up seems to be slightly better.
Missing Settings Tile and notification slider transparency feature. Could be a great addition.

Tried this ROM and I have to say that its going to stay on my phone. Camera works perfectly. Best battery backup, 6hrs of SOT. I haven't found any bugs yet. This ROM is super fast.

+1 to that. But still this rom has a small bug in hardware function key back light not truing on at all. Not even at first boot.
Have to fix that ASAP. + a few FC's in settings and Developer options getting stuck when trying to open. Once these are fixed, all good to go. This will be the best stable rom for LE2 ever made.

What's AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.
We added few non-AOSP features for a better user experience and we NOT going to add something other.
What's CodeAurora Forums?
Code Aurora Forum (CAF) is a consortium of companies with projects serving the mobile wireless industry. Software projects it concerns itself with are e.g. Android for MSM, Femto Linux Project, LLVM, MSM WLAN and Linux-MSM. Code Aurora is basically AOSP plus all Qualcomm specific enhancements and optimization.

FAQ
Why is the security patch older then the latest AOSP patch?
CAF focus on delivering the latest hardware patches and are usually about a month behind Google on security patches, on the other hand, Google is usually a month or more behind on them on caf patches (sometimes months). No point in complaining about it, if you want the latest security patch, go with an AOSP based rom (like PixelExperience), if you want latest qualcomm optimizations for our hardware as well as fixes, go with caf, its as simple as that.
Can you add X feature like traffic meter?
No! this is pure aosp-caf. Only support for exfat and advanced power + button support was added, no stupid non stock UI tricks

Same as all other roms here:
1. Reboot to recovery (Latest twrp recommended)
1. Wipe everything except for internal & external
2. Install ROM
5. Gapps (OpenGapps-Pico recommended due to low /system space)
6. Magisk
7. Reboot

ROM is not laggy at all.. its working fine here without any hiccups

Lookslike, twrp recovery is broken after installing this ROM... anybody else facing issue or am i the only one who is facing this problem ?

Maybe problem with opengapps or you have installed gapps after the first boot.. try reinstalling gapps before the first boot...

Opengapps. arm 8.1. Pico. 20180526

Few bugs:
- Whatsapp crash when I send some video/audio, no problem with pics
- Videos are slow with Mxplayer/VLC
- after a few minutes call volume starts to decrease

Installed today. Great ROM. True Stock experience. No lag. The only thing that is bothering me is update. Since first release there has not been any update to ROM. Security level is also of February. Please update the ROM with latest security patch and just give the option the remove video and music app so we can install any other app.

Any chance of porting this to peregrine?
