Can you please add support to play lossless high resolution audio [FLAC audio files]?

is there any video player out there which has option of 5.1 audio downmix to stereo while playback?
I am using MX player currently and audio output is really low on my high end ear phone while playing a video which has 5.1 audio
while playing videos with stereo sound and mp3, aac audio ... sound is great.
I dont want to get into conversion, muxing and play.

select s/w decode for audio on mx player.so you will get higher volume.
I have a movie on my phone, but it's audio quality is really bad. I have downloaded an additional audio file for the movie but I am unable to play the movie with additional (later downloaded ) audio file. Is there a way to do that on mx player or doe's any other app on play store support this feature?
The easiest way is just to remux the video with the new audio using something like mkvmerge.
Can I use Mx Player to play high resolution .flac audio? Does Mx Player support Hi-res audio?
