sorry to inform you that the phone is Hard-locked because someone has used all the 10 or 5 attempts wrongly.
i believe the only way to unlock the hardlock status is by contacting AU Japan (maybe they can help you)
good luck

I went to au. They told me that I have to wait till July 14 to unlock it with them. But in going June 11. There isn't any software to reset counter or something?

It is not hard locked. Sim Lock is in place in different lock as usual. Code to unlock it should be obtained from original operator.

Hi
I have the same problem on my phone but it doesn't ask for an unlock code. I followed the SIM unlocking procedure from their official website (https://www.au.com/english/support/contract/simcard/unlock/) and when I enter my IMEI, it says that the request has already been accepted but this is what my SIM status says (attached screenshot)

thanks einsten
i did not know that this isnt error or a warrning
i am asking what that means , does my sim or network is hardlocked or locked or softlocked or idk because i have problem i dont have signal i.e network on my phone
I believe it means you do NOT have a simlock or network lock. Else the status would probably be "1" at atlease one of them.
About your signal, have you recently flashed another firmware or ROM? Your baseband might be damaged.
Or did it NOT work when you got it in the first place? In that case you need to take it to support (probably to the company where you bought it, else to a Sony Service Center).

I tried with the following firmwares but the result is the same I can not have the sim signal any operator
Did you tried all this firmwares?
Try the last one with full wipe.
I also full wip by flashtools
also here with probe through OTA 6.0 and 6.0 does not detect the sim
You could give me some other ideas?
Usually simlock.ta is ignored by Flashtool, can you verify that it was really flashed? (check your logs)
Also, can you get your imei by dialing *#06#.
Did you buy the phone first hand?
If you buy the new phone you drive sony but neither could give me solution
imei is clean does not report
the sinlock gives me the problem when you restart the phone does not recognize any operator and probe with different sim
and not know what else do help me please
I just installed M in the terminal marked the simlock option left but the result is the same I leave the log flashtools
thanks for helping
I'm same as you, have you gotten any solution?

You can't go back now. Over pj2 firmware is blocked from going back. If your phone was sim unlocked, you may have lost it and need to have it done again.
So I have to unlock it again ?

I have the same problem. I have used my phone for way more than 15 days and it is registered on Huawei ID.
I have emailed Huawei about this problem but they didn't reply me.
Doesn't installing the nougat beta unlock your bootloader? That's what I was told anyway.

As far as I remember I just unlocked the bootloader the next day I bought the phone. And I never had to contact them.
I followed this honor 6x bootloader unlock guide.
