Hey guys, I just ordered the HTC One S and I was wondering what's the best or just your favorite launcher for the device, maybe you could even post some pictures of the launcher.
Apex Launcher, followed by Nova Launcher. Basically, the stock launchers from ICS.
Anything I can do to get this device closer to stock AOSP is good for me.
Apex Launcher as well!

I use Nova but I'm curious as to why so many others use Apex. What made them choose that over Nova?
I actually still use ADW EX, tried apex today and still want to use ADW
Adw ex is the best!

because nova is pretty slow compared to apex . atleast i've found it to be way slower, others might have had another experience .

I tried ADW EX, but the home screen had the stupid 3 dot menu button. Switched to Apex and much happier.

I applied 3 dot menu fix from development section and I'm a happy guy.

agreed
Apex and Nova...top notch.
I love the tablet ui mods that have been made possible by these wonderful devs. But most of these mods are only useable by stock Roms. Roms that are heavily modified can cause interference, lag, and system fc's. Those roms happen to be the ones I like most. Smh. So why not have a home replacement app that mimics the tablet ui mod. Tablet ui works for me because the notifications bar it's at the bottom. And I'm using a sg note2 and it is more easily accessible from the bottom. So why not have a home replacement app with its own notifications bar that can be customized to be placed at the top out bottom, and can be switched to phablet mode as well, and resizable grid.

What is your phone? AOSPA ROM is really stable. Or alternatively, use apex AND lmt launcher. Lmt should provide you with something similar to a tablet UI while apex will let you hide everything else.
Edit: Not familiar with your phone but my advice still stands

Hello friends, i'm here and came up with the idea to tell the other about launcher and whats my impression...
i personally use this MIUI Like launcher > https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B5LJgOGBjYOBQU16Ull3aXFvbmM/edit?usp=sharing
its huawei home, fluid on my SGA2, just push it to /system/app and change the perm to 644 or rw-r--r--
so, what do you guys have launcher for recomendation, and why is it? thanks
Trebuched or nova because them are smooth and I love the look of stock android
Apex. Nova is good but free version cant hide apps on drawer. I hate Miui launcher cos dont like iOS style (all apps on home screen), and isnt smooth like the others.
Nova.
Nova always.

Hardly customizable.. Only with themes from authors. And a few weeks(or days) after i waited for and got my code, they removed that wait queue :/

Why are a lot of icons for games or apps not HD, it makes the app look very bad and it looks unattractive on the home screen. If all icons were HD I wouldn't use an icon pack.
