Dudes! i need your help please, I lent the phone to my brother and he change the lock patron to pin lock, he forgot the fckin pin and i can´t use the phone, i think to reset for google account but no have the option, i try the factory reset from fastboot and recovery and yes effective says the cleaning was done, But once start is the same, it did not delete anything.
i try charge the RUU, but the pc recognize the phone and restarts in fastboot mode again, again and again, the pc ends says error 171.
my phone not ROOT, S-OFF or anything
its totally stock
for now i stuck on the fckin pin screen
help me pls! and sorry for the bad english :crying:

I have the blank screen problem, phone works because the notifications are still coming through. Ive seen a few ways to slove this problem, and thought the factory reset was the best option. I attempted to do it but I can't get anything on the screen. Is there another option for me to factory reset the phone? Help is very much appreciated. thanks
Boot the phone onto fastboot, connect to computer, use fastboot commands to erase data and cache.

Weird thing happened to me. After display replacement of my J710F I turned phone on and it wrote: TO START YOUR DEVICE, ENTER YOUR PIN. Text on black screen. But I didn't setup any PIN to use on startup. Is possible to bypass this screen with or without Z3X box? I really need to backup my data and contacts, I cant flash firmware and wipe phone. PLS HELP...

Goto stock recovery ( power+vol_down+home) and wipe data from there and reboot
i was tried to rebrand my al00 to l29, i followed the instruction here https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-rebrand-chinese-al00-mate9-to-t3554656
but i failed to complete , and it just went dead.
i cant boot to system, erecovery wont work , factory reset wont work. and i boot to fastboot mode. it says Phone relocked; FRP LOCK.
i literally cant do anything?
i paid for the dc unlocker like 15whatever , and the factory reset wont work neither.. i am desperate !

You should have removed all security before performing this. (Fingerprint, pin, etc). Warranty it.
Her phone was being screwy so she factory reset It via the recovery menu, but now it's locked and it wont even let her in. Sh just gave it to me to try and do something with, but I'm stumped. It just says to wait 24 hours after the password reset, but the password was reset over a year ago. Also, the recovery menu doesn't even load anymore, its just a screen that says "No Command.". I tried using adb, but it isn't showing up in adb devices. As a side question, the phone is from boost mobile, but does it matter if i use a sprint rom?

I turn on the device, the "your phone is encrypted" screen shows and when I enter the patern it reboots instantly, wtf

I have got the same problem it seems not recognize the security bitmap and each time I try to start it it turns off and reboot.
If someone had the same problem please tell us what to do.

mine solves by itself, I turn it on and suddenly it worked
Wipe data on TWRP recovery if you are S-OFF or flash a RUU with a computer if you have a stock rom. All your data will be destroyed.
