Hi. I have a g920f stuck at bootloop. And i wanted to flash a norway telenor rom for it.
But i cant find any decent downloads that have more than 40kbps speed.
Can i flash any region roms? Or does it have to be the rom for the region im in ?
It is a norwegian phone after all.
Or can anyone tell me if theres any sites where i can download the rom at decent speeds?

I'm trying to install a custom kernel for my phone, but before that im trying to look for a stock kernel in case of any error.

Well, i bought my phone here in the Philippines. Also i came across a thailand firmware while searching and it matches mine, but the link is not available anymore.
So if you can find/give a stock firmware for me it will really help me a lot.
p.s. i cant post links yet so google "s7500dxlb1" and view the one that says "S7500DXLB1 Android 2.3.6 Thailand Firmware Download" to see the link im talking about.

Download it and use Odin V1.85 to flash the stock firmware.

would this work on my phone?, the file says "S7500DXMG3" and the one installed in my phone stocked is version S7500DXLB1.

I live in Taiwan but I can flash even German version( I've tried before)
This firmware is the latest. I think your version is older one. Samsung released several version to make it stable, so the latest version is the stablest version and it will also add some new features.
Actually, all S7500 firmware is suitable but you have to notice that your area.
Because I found I flash German 2.3.6 stock firmware and I cannot have stock Chinese keyboard in it.
Flash your country version is the best choice.
p.s. if you flash from a custom rom, don't forget to back up data you want and do factory reset. it will make your S7500 work like a new phone

For a while i haven't been able to use my phone now, i've tried almost everything to fix this bootloop but i think i may be trying to flash the wrong stock OS so i was wondering if anybody knows any specifics on the stock OS or where i can get it as i have looked on sammobile and i just have no clue, the model is SM-G920F on virgin mobile UK, thanks
Download this one for Virgin from Sammobile if that one doesn't work then try the BTU Version I'm with Three UK and for the life of me I can not install the H3G one but the BTU one works as I got my phone on Amazon from a company in France also SM-G920F version.

The firmware which came with it was G920IDVU3DOJ6 (Saudi Arabia). So can I use other countries firmware to flash this if I have to? Coz I cant find the Saudi Arabian version on net for Odin. The only place is Samsfirmware. And it's a pain in the ass to download from there without premium account. So please help me out guys. Can I use other versions of SM-920I for my phone? Or will it result in a bootloop or not boot at all.

You can install a firmware of another country if you want.

G920IDVU3DOJ6 is already the latest version!

As long as the firmware flashed is for G920I there should be no problems. The only thing you need to watch out for is you cannot downgrade the ROM i.e. flash 5.0.2 onto a S6 with 5.1.1 bootloader. If you upgraded to 5.1.1 beforehand you can only flash a 5.1.1 ROM.

The G930FD can also use the firmware of the G930F , the F and FD firmware are the same . Philippines do not show in the country distribution list probably is part of a multi CSC firmware.
What does that mean if it's multi CSC?

Hi there.
I´ve some trouble with my new J7 Pro.
I bought it in United Arab Emirates.
The version of this stock rom have some apps what it´s not working on my country (Portugal).
So what I did was, I´m going to the Updato.com to download the correct Rom for my country.
The problem comes now.
After flash that stock rom via Odin and boot for the first time the main language is from Magyar (it´s supposed to be Portuguese).
and after all the start configuration when it goes to the "homescreen" it appears with some apps from that country, useless on my country.
Can anyone help me?
