Just Fix tether cant turned on ill work for fixed bug on cm 9 and make it stable by my mod

where did you get the module? did you compile it your self?

I just modifed it script from stock wifi
I dont know why i check with my Pc it shows 23 july 2014 but when i re-archive it it shows same as dec 3 2012

afaik stock doesnt have a source
and stock running on gb 236...and cm9 is 4.0.4

what i meant is the module not the updater-script..
yes its dec 3 2012 because the file was created on that day..

Wifi and bluetooth fix for S5 ported roms.

I don't know if this is the right place to post it.Please any moderator inform me or transfer it to the right place in the forum.Thanks! I already search the forum with both fix but didn't found one(only wififix).
Here is a wififix and bluetooth fix for those having connection problems with ported S5 roms(especially those that came from korean base S5 firmwares) on our Note3.Tested on N9005 16gb hongkong.Install via recovery and make sure make a back up before installing.Let me know if it works for you.If the first version didn't worked, try the 2nd version

Yup it work now. You've found the missing link. Upon checking the zip, i found out that i only miss 1 files to fix the problem. Lol

The apns-conf is not really necessary I just add it there just incase someone with data connection problem wanna try it.

Someone posted adding this "ro.securestorage.support=false" build.prop, but one user said it didn't worked. My suggestion try a clean full wipe fresh install the rom you want then my wifi fix and then reboot.This method works for me and another user.

Many thanks, this fixed the Bluetooth for me (I'm on 4.4.4 Sprint port and had Bluetooth devices non-discoverable)

Thank you guys, I have my bluetooth to work again BUT connection to device (Gear S) is lost whenever the Gear S go out of range or when I reset the device. It seems that the Mobile Device (Note 3) have a very short term memory? BTW, my Note 3 used to work great with the Gear S without any single problem until I upgraded the Note 3 firmware to Lollipop Beta yesturday.
Any idea what problem it was?

v2 works great for n9005 flashes on a n900t as well

you wouldnt happen to know why im getting a 'insert sim card' when i attempt to put in my apn would you?
your fix for wifi,bt,nfc works great on a n9005 -> n900t flash... but for some reason im getting that error
am i possibly missing a library or csc info maybe?

I've got same problem with xiaomi MI band. It loses connection with Note 3. Dunno what is the problem

[HELP] USB Tethering Not Working on Samsung J7

Hope I'm posting in the right place. USB Tethering's not working on my J700H 2015 Edition. Already tried resetting APN to "Default"~~ Doesnt Work. I'm using stock ROM and stock Kernel. And yeah my phone's rooted but that should not be factor i hope

Yup no internet access on my PC. Mobile Data's turned on my phone though. Net works fine when using it on my phone. My internet modem works too when using it on my PC so it's not a PC problem, something wrong with the phone .
P.S. I heard that there's a problem in Lollipop phones in particular not being able to use USB Tethering?

Yup hotspot works fine as well whrn sharing with other phones but cant get any internet access from my phone to pc

Its my problem also.. Fed Up to use J7 now... ? My hotspot net share not working at all... but all thinks is perfect ?

[SOLVED] Finally!! I had to flash the firmware from PC then flash the custom A7 ROM. Thanks everyone and to @nhlalukoG

Ya but A7 Rom is laggy ? so I back to my stock rom

Do u knkw why? Im using stock kernel... check ram usage on Optimax its very high on stock kernel its ok. U see u guys told me u wanted optimax so i gave it to you. If u remember the first build did not lag... it was based on stock kernel

This is the very good project but i have headphone issue. If I insert headphone, sometimes only silence sometimes playing with speaker. Do you know this issue? If you know, how can we fix it ?

I tried different headphone and it works. I don't know why but if I use first headphone in laptop, it is working so this is my problem, not rom's problem

Asus max Z010D stuck on boot when i install miui 8 via twrp
when i installed miui 8 rom through twrp 3.0.02 on Asus Zenfone Max Z010D stuck on boot can not shown any bootanimation of MI only shown asus logo. i tried many time and wait 30 min for phone OS startup but nothing work. Please give me solution for this miui 8 rom for proper installation guide or boot file.

Thank you for your hard work. I flashed the ROM and booted only to find that there was no network and no WiFi on my device. I am reflashing along with your modem and Wifi fix. Will report back once done.
Update - I'm struggling with WiFi sometimes streaming works sometimes it doesn't and is there any way to speed it up a little

Hello guys, I made this fully working port of Resurrection Remix ROM for m8 to Our dear E8 but it's got hotspot and sdcard bugs
The external SDCard mounts properly but
1. I keep getting notification of sdcard ejected and mounted like it keeps popping up endlessly
2. I tried to make it stable but when I copy a file to the sdcard, any file at all, then I restart the phone it's either the file is missing or its corrupted, but any file in it before flashing the ROM stays intact...
Only solution I found is to copy the file to Ur sdcard in recovery mode
Hotspot works but
1. When data is on and u wanna share via hotspot, it shows error and the other device won't connect to it
2. When data is off and u wanna share via hotspot it works perfectly... eg. using XENDER to share APK, music, movies. etc
That's the only problem in the ported ROM, I don't know if any one is interested in this and let's fix this...

How are you doing with this ROM?
The SD not working is a deal breaker considering that this machine only has 16GB.
Is there anything I can do to help?

I compiled this rom myself from m8 source with changed libs and used heibai's kernel and everything is working fine for me, even sd card.

I have mec_ul_emea myself so it should work for you, too.

Sorry, I'm not a good developer, I barely made it work for single sim. I wouldn't even know where to start porting it to dual sim.
