I have a SM-G955F. It had a lot of carrier bloatware so I went and installed a netherlands official rom from sammobile using Odin.
Everything was fine until I went to storage and noticed I just have "7.08GB of 9.80 GB used", out of a total 16GB.
What happened with my 64GB?
I made sure to have UNchecked the "Re-partition" button on Odin before flashing the ROM.
Any help?
Forgot to add, AIDA64 and CPU-Z also detect 16GB only
I ran into this problem myself after flashing stock ROM from SamMobile. The trick seems to be to flash the CSC (in conjunction with the other partitions - [BL, AP, CP]), *not* with the HOME_CSC image. This will erase all user data so just be prepared for that.
In other words, for CSC - use the CSC*.tar.md5, not the HOME_CSC*.tar.md5.

A simple factory reset will fix it also but same deal that is wiping user data.

Hola. tengo un problema, lo que pasa es que a mi padre se le olvidó la contraseña de su s8 SM-950F, me lo dió a mi aver si lograba flashearlo (o como se diga), lo hice con odin por el tema de que pedia una cuenta google anterior, la cual el no sabia porque se lo pusieron en donde se lo compró.
Lo que pasa es que al hacer todo un proceso con odin se desbloqueó, todo perfecto pero... Al ver la memoria interna solo me dice que la memoria total es de 16gb, pero en realidad antes era de 64. Por favor si pueden ayudarme se los agradecería porque no entiendo muy bien sobre este tema.

¿Qué archivos flasheaste con odin?
En función de las publicaciones anteriores en este hilo, parece que no has flasheado todos los archivos? Necesita mostrar todos los archivos en odin y flash CSC, y no CSC_HOME.

Este movil es la caña, tiene muy muy muy pocos recursos y sin embargo me corre el drastic perfectamente a full, pero tiene un gran problema, la memoria interna (solo 160 mb) "total"
uso link2sd para poder tener mas cosas pero tiene muy poca ram, y las aplicaciones tienen la mala costumbre de abrirse todas aunque no las uses, sobretodo los servicios de google,
por eso hize la historia de la particion swap, pero la aplicacion no me gusta y me realentiza mas que si no la tuviera.
Por eso busco de cambiarme el recovery para instalarme un scrip que me activa la swap, pero mi actual recovery no me lo permite y el recovery de "vol-" + "power" esta en japones, me gustaria tener el clockworkmod o alguno que simplemente este almenos en ingles y deje intalar .zip. si tambien ubiera una rom para mejorar el funcionamiento del dispositivo con las opciones de link2sd y swap de nativo ya seria la ost... y me reenamoraria de este movil,
se que quizas pida mucho pero he buscado y no me da soporte ni la marca original.
Por eso creo que es aqui en este foro o tiro el movil por el balcon y se hace un hollo.

1- se me rompio el pin de carga, lo mande arreglar pero no me reconoce en la pc, ya que una de las pistas del pin de carga desaparecio...
2- hace dos dias instale la app Kingroot y me pidio reiniciar. lo hice y el telefono no inicia, queda en el logo de inicio. Ya le deje 4 horas sigue lo mismo...
como no puedo conectar el smartphone a la pc, ni reinstalar el OS, necesitaria una copia de seguridad hecha con el Recovery de fabrica...
ya que no tengo el TWRP, ni como instalarlo...
seria de gran ayuda , si alguien me lo proporcionara...

Lo mismo me paso a mi, yo mismo repare el centro de carga y viene tan pegado que las pistas se dañan, lo unico que te queda por hacer es pedir la PCBA que viene con todo. El telefono es practicamente inbrikiable, al mio cuando todavia funcionaba le trate de flashar una rom de REDMI NOTE algo que tiene las mismas especificaciones y aun asi al recibir la PCBA nueva lo arme y se flasho de una con SPFLASHTOOL y la rom stock de Blu mas reciente. SUERTE! :good:

Lo que me pides es imposible my friend! No se puede hacer backup de system con el recovery original solo de datos del telefono.
Ahora estoy usando la ROM del X2Xtreme corre mil veces mejor que la del blu pure, me avisas cuando recibas el PCBA. Saludos

Hola, estoy buscando una rom para flasear con Flashtool mi letvx500. El caso es que he encontrado varias, las he instalado pero no funcionan. El telefono sigue bloqueado y en bucle, lo mas que he conseguido es que suene la sintonía de inicio, pero sin aparecer tan siquiera en pantalla el logo. No va el recovery tamoco. Se que se instalan porque el pc reconoce el terminal y muestra los archivos del sistema recien instalado. Puede ser que no inicie el sistema por algún motivo ajeno a la rom, pero no se que puede ser. Todo esto viene a raiz de un cambio de pantalla por rotura, pero esta, parece estar bien ya que se ilumina y en una ocasión llego a aparecer el icono de carga. la rom que me ha "funcionado" mejor, (ya digo, solo el sonido de inicio) es la 5.5.012s NOLOCK. El cable no es original y no se si no soporta la funcion otg, ni si esto podria tener algo que ver. Estaria muy agradecido si me ayudais con esto.

Y levanto el video sin embargo se brikeaba, no pasaba del logo. Despues que instale el resto de las roms que les comento no he logrado flashear nuevamente archivos.

a toda la comunidad XDA tengo un S5 modelo SM-G900M y funciona todo bien excepto por el pin de carga que no hace dato en la pc el carga perfecto con su cargador pero al conectarlo al pc esta se apaga, la cuestion es que necesito rootear el equipo pero no hayo manera de modificar el recovery, no puedo hacerlo por ODIN quisiera perdir amablemente que alguien me ayude como poder flachear la imagen del recovery sin usar odin gracias

a toda la comunidad XDA tengo un S5 modelo SM-G900M y funciona todo bien excepto por el pin de carga que no hace dato en la pc el carga perfecto con su cargador pero al conectarlo al pc esta se apaga, la cuestion es que necesito rootear el equipo pero no hayo manera de modificar el recovery, no puedo hacerlo por ODIN quisiera perdir amablemente que alguien me ayude como poder flachear la imagen del recovery sin usar odin gracias

Wonder how a re-flash of the recovery image should help in your case?
IMO, if charging a phone fails - for whatever reason - that can't get fixed via recovery.
