I went with the fee premium care. its been approved but i called to see why it hasnt shipped and was told they are trying to get the device, if they dont have refurbished they will try and buy one...So, they have no idea when i will get an device. I was also told that its on back order.. My question is could it be a week or two weeks before i get a device....

I have spent 3 days trying to get them to fix their system and allow me to get premium care. I am probably going to stop trying and just pay if I break it.

I respectfully have to disagree with you. I've experienced Apple's customer service firsthand and it's been nothing but great for me. The fact that I can just walk into an Apple store greatly helped but that doesn't change the fact that after a wait, they always resolved any issues I had. (Even some caused by me.) The worst part is that wait though.

Apple has got to be the best customer service that I have ever dealt with. Even getting them to repair a phone was like getting a brand new item in the box. Really quick calls as well.
Samsung on the other hand is a complete disaster. Be prepared to be on the phone a good 2 hours anytime you have to give them a call. Also, their repair service is unbelievably terrible as well. I had to send a Note 4 in like 5 times because the screen was separated completely from the frame after they replaced it. It blew my mind how they couldn't get the screen to stay on the frame being that they made the device. They even acted like it was my fault even though I sent pics the same day I would receive the "fixed" phone.
Didn't take to long. Didn't get original color silver but grey it's not really grey to me though. Looks nice. I had to email Samsung they said they would look into it.

This Xora scheme and not offering Unlimited Data is whats killing the company, when will they wake up and realize this?
Iphone isnt the end of the world but its the other 'In' device other than Android phones of course so why not bring back at least unlimited data to prevent people from jumping ship to another carrier?

I just saw [email protected] commercial saying [email protected] and tmobile will be working together to provide you with better coverage no matter where you are. Yeah, I'm pretty sure T-Mobile has been in the red for years, not just for a few quarters. Their parent company would just bail them out though because they are a huge multinational but I guess they're tiring of it. T Mobile USA is like that under achieving little brother who always gets himself into trouble.
According to that article I linked if they do merge ATT would hold 80% of the US market. Hard to predict how the FCC will decide, but that clearly would severely impact competition. In any case it looks like a decision is a year away.
Samnada if it's approved were all gonna be ****ed higher prices and innovation of new devices will suffer.I guess if it happens 80% of people gonna have the freakin iphone in Chicago damn near everyone i see got one.

I don't believe T-Mobile has been in the red, not for a long time if at all. I was under the impression they've been, and continue to be, profitable - just not as profitable as DT would like. Going back through the years we see profits of $130 - $500+ million per quarter.

Today, I received my replacement device from T-Mobile, and instead of having it say "T-Mobile" above the display, it says "LG". It's a P-999WD, and has the July 15 baseband.
It's not an issue, but I thought it was pretty weird. Now I have an Optimus 2x ;D

Nah, it was a Warranty Exchange, so no battery/cover were included.
Here in Canada we only get the non-branded black/grey ones
No back cover included for me either. Only difference is the "LG" above the display.

They're not exactly the same... They are however VERY similar. I'd say maybe they're more like fraternal twins than identical.
Hmmm... I'm going to pick my replacement up from UPS in the morning. Wonder if I'll get unbranded? Guess I'll post back here once I find out.

I actually don't even think they would know that you're not the original owner, unless you tell them. If you do warranty through T-Mobile, you'll have to pay a $20 fee, but if you have Premium Handset Protection, which is $7.99 a month, it's only a $5.00 fee, but it covers physical damage, and theft. Normally, you can't get Premium Handset Protection after 14 days, but they'll offer it to you during your warranty exchange. Also, if you have Premium Handset Protection, they'll give you FREE overnight shipping if you request it before 8pm EST.

He must be one of those little kiddies that mommy and daddy bought a expensive smartphone for. that is the reason for all this crap on xda now because everyone has a smartphone now including the assholes. For some reason they all seem to be gravitating toward the g2x and that is not to say all g2x owners are assholes but I also have the sgs2 and this **** just doesnt seem to go on there.

There has been all kinds of drama over there. From people being accused of kanging other roms and people getting banned to just general retardedness like that guy. It's bad all over the place. Kind of sad really.

Then I was on Twitter with an ATT customer care rep for a bit but nothing came out of it and I didn't really have an issue. I don't get how this happened unless they were being super generous. In that case, I'm complaining every month!

No the $5 credit was on my account before the bill hit. I had a $-5 balance and then this was $34 so my current balance is $29. I don't get where the $50 National Credit came from. I want to know only to keep it coming

I was credited $100 one month and got a free micro cell. I had no service what so ever in my house. Just out of the blue mine and my wife's phones quit working. Would have to go outside to get service. All is back working normal.
Fyi: micro cell is junk. Call quality was non existent. I would have 5 bars but it sounded like I was talking to aliens.

After they offered to replace their inferior product that is generic junk they opened a case with Ebay to block that return.
Ebay has blocked anyone leaving negative feedback for this seller as well.

This screen protector once applied was broken. Zero instructions and a horrible adhesive. I have replaced many parts on phones and this was the worst. After installing nothing shows on the screen at all. The device was working perfect other than a cracked screen. What do you suggest about fixing it? Nothing i can do about a cracked screen. Better to do what I usually do and just replace the device on Swappa.
Again not all swappa sellers are honest either. One seller sold me a device against Swappa policy and it is yet to be fixed. The seller in question has thousands of sales and says she didn't know listing policy.
