For me the best roms out there are:
1.Liquid smooth , is a great rom but after some time app started to not open and has some bugs, also kinda hate the task manager but is the best rom out there
2.Unofficial CyanogenMod version 11-20150504 by @haky86 this is the current rom i use is fast its stable and has great battery life :good:
3.Original rom debloated (i havent tried this but the original bloated rom was great , so debloated should be better)
4. Resurrection remix 5.4.9 great rom but lately its kina slow still one great alternative
Those are the roms i have tried, i also will try Sazy rom 8.6 later and pacman lolipop as soon as its out of the beta .
If you have tried some other roms please share
Pacman Rom by dorindiaconu, awesome performance and battery life and second one is CM11 optimized by dorindiaconu
I have been using various 5.1 roms for the past 3 weeks... Lollipop roms are constantly giving me problems. So i want to try a 4.4 ROM...
Which is the most stable 4.4 ROM the OPO has ever got..??
It needs to have the best battery life and lot of customisations...
And should I flash a stock 4.4 ROM before trying any custom kitkat rom..?

See my post below, running CM11s with Boeffla's kernel (with touch fixes). You could set it up as a secondary on multirom. You just need to flash the cm11s modem. See the other link below for running lollipop and CM11s alongside each other.

Try to redownload the stock.img from mi toolkit v4 gdrive.
and try. If not, a recovery image has been posted on the miui forum.
Another new rom more coming to our Ferrari. Mokee got nightly build now.

Great thread! Some suggestions :
1. Intersect kernel had been changed to CM it seems.
2. Add a link to stock recovery image thread (on mobile, so can't link)
3. Add dh_harald's twrp recovery thread too.
Updated the thread with new roms and kernels...
We are now up to 12 custom roms for our beloved Mi4i... Keep up the good work devs!
2 New custom roms has been added to the list. Let's say thanks to these awesome devs who has been porting roms to our phone.
You can request (by report, unfortunately) this thread to be stickied by the mods here. So you won't have to bump it every update.
Wow, a big thanks to @Shahan_mik3 for porting 2 new Marshmallow roms to our devices. ResurrectionRemix-MM and SlimBit 6.0

Hello Guys
I have installed omni-4.4.4-20150521-p5100-FINAL on my P5100(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2581782). The ROM is great - Stable & Fast compared to the Stock ROM. But the only problem I am facing is that the tab now takes twice the time than before to charge. The battery backup has also decreased a lot compared to the stock ROM. Is anyone else also facing the same problem & if you have the solution please help me out.
This is the first time I have installed a custom ROM. Can someone also tell me whats the difference between Official Build & Unofficial Build. Are Unofficial builds really stable & great for daily use. I am planning to install the candy5 ROM if I don't get a solution. Candy5 Official build is v3.7 while Unofficial build is v4.1.
Since CyanogenMod is now dead, what is the best rom for the Z3 ?
a Stable Nougat Rom could be so nice...
At this time there are no stable roms all have major bugs
