Can someone port the oos open beta 6/15 dialer, contacts and in-call UI for resurrection remix rom?

Hello, I am looking for an AOSP based ROM that has the following 3 features:
Center clock with date
Quick pin unlock
Phone proximity speaker
CM based ROMs currently have an issue with no 4G on boot occasionally and more importantly CM Bluetooth doesn't work with my stock car phone system (phone audio only system).
I have tried 10 ROM's:
Aicp
Aosp
CM
Chroma
Cataclysm
Dirty Unicorns
Omni
Resurrection Remix
Slim
Temasec
Resurrection Remix and Temasec have all three features but being CM based I get no working Bluetooth.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would it be possible to port the COS 13.1 Dialler with Truecaller service integration to be ported to Nougat Roms, probably a flashable zip? Is it possible?
DISCONTINUED: now Aosp has by default those lines
then flash this zip, has tweaks in build.prop
Feel free to ask for another GSI
