Any point buying now? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note5

I see T-Mobile has pre-owned note 5s in stock. Worth buying a 2 year old phone? I know they may release a note 8, but may cost 800+. Note 5 is 400 at T-Mobile.
I always felt the note 5 I had a while ago was more fluid then my s7.

Rooting Samsung Note 3 (if so ROM Recommendations?) vs Buying Samsung Note 5?

I'm looking to find a solution for my phone - it's a SN9000 Samsung Note 3 by Rogers, and it's been acting really nasty the last 5 months - super slow, laggy, battery life is crap (I bought new ones too!).
Now I'm debating which route I should go - do I root the Note 3? or Do I just buy a Note 5? I'm not really blown away by the Note 5 to be perfectly honest, and feel that maybe a Rom or two could significantly improve my phone's performance to what I would expect from a Note 5? - Am I off in my thinking here?
I'd love some advice on the matter!
TYA!
i got a note 3 samsung sometimes arrive at 87 degrees
,donĀ“t know what to do what do may change for another rom what do you recomend please thanks

Any1 to Trade Oneplus 7pro for Note 9 Unlocked

As stated i want to trade my Note 9 for a Oneplus 7pro! Anyone tired of their oneplus 7 pro or don't like interested?
Hell No!
Not me, in fact I sold my N9 for a S10+, and then sold the S10+ for my badboy OnePlus 7 Pro!
Wait, so you want me to trade my new phone for a phone over a year older with less specifications from a manufacturer who takes the longest to release updates rather than a manufacturer who is among the first?
Hmmmm....Let me think....
Its a bait. They're going to send you a sticky note with "Note 9" written on it and a picture of an unlocked padlock.

Should I buy this phone today or has it become obsolete? And other queries...

I am planning to buy a phone but on a tight budget. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro seems to be a good choice, but its almost a year old. So is this phone still a good choice, or has it become obsolete by some other device? Another choice would be Realme 3 Pro, which is slightly newer, but I'm not sure its on par with Redmi Note 7 Pro.
P.S. Can I play PUBG with HDR setting on this device? What's the highest PUBG graphics setting you have been able to play comfortably on this device?
P.P.S. Is there a fully functional Google Cam mod availble for Redmi Note 7 Pro?
The thing with Xiaomi is that they release a new phone every month (35 total phones in 2019) and their phones get cheaper every time a new one is released. For example i bought the 7 Pro for 275$, a month later after it was 250$, and now its 180$.
The phone was overhyped and overpriced because the main selling point of the phone was the camera which is just fine, as 80% of other phones.
What I'm trying to say is that the Note 7 Pro was "OK" for like 1 month, then a new device came out with better specs and the same price. Its still a nice phone but then again even cheaper phones are good nowadays.
If you have the money go for a Note 8 Pro, or K30...or hell even a Poccophone is way better and cheaper
I owned note 7 pro and my wife realms 3 pro. I like realms 3 pro than 7 as photos are better in it.

Question Pixel 7 Pro/what device you coming from?

I've the S22 Ultra sky blue 512GB and getting the Pixel 7 Pro snow 512...
I traded in my work phone (iPhone XR) for the Pixel 7 Pro. My personal device is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, so it will be fun to compare it to the Pixel 7 side by side. Ultimately I think I'll sell the one I like less.
that's my plan too.. gotta admit the S22 Ultra is a true beast...
I have a Pixel 4xl. I like it but the battery is terrible. I'm looking forward to Pixel 7 Pro.
S22+, love the feel but man that battery. Hope P7P doesn't let me down.
Iphone 14 Pro Max. Had it for a total of 23 days before I gave up on it. I traded-in my Pixel 6 Pro for it, so I'm using my backup Pixel 3 until the Pixel 7 arrives.
I may upgrade to P7P Depending on my OnePlus 10 Pro trade in at Best Buy or T-Mobile.
I'm coming from a Pixel 4 XL that I've had since the day it was released. Since this month is it's last update, I felt compelled to finally upgrade, and I'm so excited!
s21 ultra

Same here... News to me about the updates. Glad I took the plunge but I'll still keep my 4XL for the free Google Photos uploads
OnePlus 9. Hoping that I like the 7 Pro enough to make it my primary but either way, with the trade in deals Best Buy was offering, my 12 Pro Max trade in basically ended up with them putting $30 in my pocket so I couldn't resist.
My main phone was a 21 Ultra but I tried a 22 Ultra for a week and hated it. Now I've had a 6 Pro for two weeks. I like the 6 Pro so much I ordered a 7 Pro for myself and the wife will get the 6P that has been working great.

You have 2 weeks to decide. Good luck!
Oneplus 10 pro. Tired of all the bugs.
OP 9 Pro, because it's not a good phone. I think the last good OP was the 7. And the OPO still to date has the best back of the phone.
Unlocked Pixel 7 Pro 512GB - soon to be gone: Unlocked Pixel 6 Pro 512GB - Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra Wi-Fi 512GB - Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 512GB (bye, bye Samsung phones!) - Unlocked Google Pixel 1 128GB - Unlocked HTC 10 - Verizon LG G3 - Verizon LG G Pad 8.3 LTE (semi-broken, now TV for the cat) (finally died now) - Sprint Galaxy S3 - Sprint Epic 4G Plus (Galaxy S2) - HTC Droid Eris
I actually had a Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra in there somewhere, too, but I'm not counting that one.

What is wrong with OPP 9 pro?
And what do you mean by that "best back of the phone"?

Is the Redmi Note 10 Pro still a good buy?

The specs are everything I want(probably a bit more than I need) but coming from a Samsung Note 10+, I don't want to downgrade but I also want to stay around $200. I loved my Note but I'd like to have something more developer friendly. I see crDroid 13 is available. Given the age of the phone though, do you think we will see Android 14 custom roms? If you were on a roughly $200 budget would you buy it?
